2 hour 10 minutes layover time is enough for clearing immigration, and security check and my terminal is the same

@@TripGlobally Well My flight lands at IGI at 7:30 PM and I have to take Manali bus from Delhi, I think it's ok to book the 10 :15 PM bus.

Is it terminal 1D, T2 or T3? You should opt for metro from airport to Kashmere Gate to catch the Manali bus. To be in a safer side, you should move out of airport quickly. That's rush hour in Delhi with people returning from offices.
