JMG Sound: Transmutator demo

JMG sound just introduced this new morphing plugin Tranmutator. Transmutator can be thought of as a simple crossfade device with 16 different blend modes. Each of these different blend modes uses a different effect for the transition rather than just volume fades like a normal cross fader. I explore some of my favorite morph modes in this demo crossing between a few different sets of tracks.
My favorite mode is the "morph" mode which is the most unique and useful in my opinion

How do you like this compared to the melda or zynaptiq morph plugins

I have not tried either of those, it is definitely cheaper, but also simpler. I really can't say though, but at the intro price this is much more affordable

Sorry for necrocommenting but this is the closest I've heard to kyma morphing comming from a vst. You can do crazy shit in csound or a similar language that sounds almost identical but it's a shit ton of work. It still lacks the "synth" capabilities that I'd like but it sounds amazing in comparison tbh. I bet they are using a similar algorithm in some modes
