only time i poke meat is chicken breast as if its stiff the chicken didnt die fast enough so the meat is stiff and will cook stiff which is impossible to undo let alone the chemicals that body releases from the stress taints the taste of the meat as well.
Look up velveting. Its used in Chinese cooking alot.

Why junk before a show to fill out. Is it taste fatigue? I imagine a f load of rice and fruits would be better than a burger and fries with tons of fat - another note, where’s the fiber?
Edit: seems like a nice guy, taking pictures and stuff.
At super low body fat levels they body responds extremely fast to higher fat, sodium and carbs so you'll find athletes eating burgers and fries or steak and fries the night before and sometimes pancakes/ waffles the morning before. Depending on Pre-judging they will repeat the burger/steak with fries and keep snacking on carbs as they wait to go back out on stage. Wild how the body works but everyone is different!

🚨Someone please answers! my goals to lose fat. I went from 100kg-now 70kg all by intermittent fasting & 10k daily steps but now I look like I weight 80+kg 🚨
My daily calorie target -1800 calories protein-120g
Say I have 500grams of chicken breast =650 calories when cooked
I have 2 toast with butter = 400 calories
So that’s 1050 calories. My question is do I need to eat my remaining 750 calories or Not since I have hit my protein target for the day ???
What shall I eat for my remaining calories , more carbs ,protein or fats idk 🤷♂️
