Episode 97 - A last minute desert trip had me searching for the famed Factory Butte outside of Capitol Reef National Park! It was super cold during the night, but thankfully Luna is an absolute beast and kept me toasty warm at the beautfiul Factory Butte! Another great video. Perhaps a second heater is needed in the back of the van to get those batteries thawed and keep your water system warm too. You can get heat pads to put under the batteries, but you also mentioned the cabin was also cold in the morning. Perhaps a second heater is needed for those chilly Utah nights.

thanks michael! im thinking im going to purchase battery warmers that basically regulate the temperature of the batteries and turn on when they fall below 32F and turn back off once they hit 45F! at this point its the only option!
