Awesome repair on that chip. Never seen anything like it before. Good thing you don't drink a lot of coffee or energy drinks. There's no way you could do something like that.
Hi , can you respond back to following query ? Do you accept mail in from outside the US ? I am having samsung note 20 ultra which got Damaged also previously worked with unsuccessful chip transplant to donor board , csn you please let me know of you can work on this ? Thanks
Question, have a Samsung s22ultra that has a cracked board and I’m going to lose everything including years of pictures. Would you be able to save them and restore the board and then I’d be able to get my data off?
@@eroberts8405 as long as the. CPU and UFS Storage and eeprom are Intact. The data can be recovered. Feel free to fill out the mail in request form on my website.
Its actually only solder paste. This is used to be able to more easily form even solder balls on the chip. It's important that every solder ball is very close to the same size.
@@phonedatarecovery I'm sorry I might not have been clear. Why do you prefer the paste versus actual solder balls? I do some micro soldering. Haven't quite worked my way up to reballing yet.
@@BJFarmerAuthor with such small chips I find it works best. With solder paste there is also flux mixed in with the microscopic solder balls. Which is what makes up the solder paste. It's also alot easier to work with. For bigger chips I like to use solder balls though.

Is there a reason you use the solder paste over solder balls?
