These are the music I grew up with in the 50s and 60s. In the 70s high life became even better when Pat Thomas and Sweet Beans and A.B Crentsil and Sweet Talks came to the scene. I left Ghana in January of 1980 to US. Now when I go to utube I see most of the new Ghanaian bands playing 70s hilife.
