This toilet mechanism reminds me my Lego sets of pirates from 1996 with some erupting volcanos, catapulting traps and things like that.
Is it worth the price tag? Which would you say is better, the gardens or markets??

Dareth's cast is actually just a piece of cloth used to clean the cups since he is a bartender. And I think that the new black and green piece is actually from the Minions
No he’s not he’s a ninja and the owner of a dojo where he trains the ninja
@@roaarylion5214 he became a bartender in S8 and a lawyer in S15. But he will be always known as the Brown Ninja
easily one of the best sets of the year for me, so much color and detail 🔥
Ironically, the Ninjago City sets were always too colorful for me and that’s why I don’t like them that much optically, but the building techniques they have to offer are amazing!

as a proud owner of city gardens, the ninja go city sets are gems. beautiful to look at, great prices, lots of minifies, and (mostly) a fantastic building experience
I agree. I have the gardens as well and they're amazing sets, and great value
I love the somewhat "accessibile" choices in this set like the ramp up to the gondola and the wheelchair elevator, some kids will love seeing themselves in this set

I think I'll eventually have to get this. I didn't realize there is actual 'piping' for the toilet, as it travels quite far away from the actual toilet which is cool. But maybe there could've been a hint of some kind of purifier where it returns clear bricks instead of waste right into the river lol.

Just wow, this seems to be one of those sets, which when you are done building them, it makes you want to play, or just build it again.
I wish I hadn't seen this because now I want it really badly 😭😭
I'm so glad I got the original Ninjago city set when it came out. Despite the pretty big size and price, to me it still is the very best lego set ever. The diversity, amazing techniques, building pleasure, displayability and just sheer volume make it a work of art. And so are the other sets in this subtheme. Although I have no interest in Ninjago whatsoever, these sets are my most prized possesion in my lego collection that spans over 40 years.
I wish I got the docks... lol im stoked you have the OG city I just got the Gardens imaging to get this one next
As a big LOTR-fan I really agree about the value. Love Ninjago for the Cyperpunk/future-feel. Ninjago is imagination. Liscenced themes like Star Wars is nice on the shelf. But bulding a city or Ninjagocity is really cool.
I wish I'd gotten into Ninjago, they have really nice city-scape sets. Came too late for me youth-wise and the bigger sets came too early for me disposable-income wise.

Fun fact the actual term for that style of gate is called a Torii, and they are most commonly found at or near the entrance to Shinto shrines in Japan. They are meant to symbolize the transition from mundane to sacred.

Flushing toilet is definitely the best part of the set. Detective Zane comes in second for me
More pieces than I had expected
That teal and black element in the oven is not a new one. It's the hair piece of one of the minions. But teal color is new :)
I was already excited for it...but Ninjago City Markets looks effin' bananas. So many mechanical play functions, nice parts usage, clever building techniques, and hidden/fun references. Looking like this is going to be the set of the year for me for sure.
I was worried about the cable car because the official marketing barely showed it - I thought they lacked confidence in it. Turns out that it's really clever!

If you're looking for faster cable car movement, I recommend modifying the gears to add a hand crank so the cable car moves faster
I am building it right now. Great set for any ninjago fan and anyone into japanese culture. ( i got it on my birthday on 17 dec. I was begging my parents for months)

Luckily for you, the City, Gardens, and Markets look awesome together from what I've seen. And Docks kinda doesn't fit in any of the config options other RUclipsrs have shown off
