2 different types of Wire brush ... flat for the outside edge and cup for the rest of the rim
Did your center caps fit after doing this ? I picked up a set of decladded 20s but they didn't have center caps. I have tried 3 different sets of center caps but none of them fit.
No, the center caps didn't fit afterwards.
