If you don’t have a rebounder I like to just move around as I work instead of going back to the same spot and resetting every time. Just stay around the same distance from the basket and work from wherever the ball bounces to. This is a good way to get some cardio in and work on hitting shots when your tired.
@@jackthomasson1918 for shooting off the catch you can either roll the ball back to yourself or if your in a gym like 24hr or LA fitness I like to throw the ball off the wall and let it bounce to me as I move to my spot. You can work on shooting with bad passes this way cause the ball will bounce to different spots sometimes.

Hello , first of all , thanks for the video and the advises ... sorry for my writing , im not from USA. I just wanna ask you , the name of the shoes that u r wearing on this video , and what model of shoe do you recommend for playing outside courts. thanks a lot
Hey Jordan, I love the content man I just discovered your channel yesterday and I did this workout yesterday and today and I feel better about my shot already. Is there any way you could make a finishing workout that you may go through to perfect your lays and floaters. Thank you
Whenever you shoot the ball, do you ever think about it or does it just happen for you? Personally, I’m a pretty good shooter but sometimes I get to thinking about not doing something wrong with my shot and it kind of alters it a little bit.
Yeah, that's a pretty common thing. There's an easy solution for that. When practicing by yourself keep your self-talk on your mechanics (hold my follow thru, catch ready, etc.). When playing with others focus your self-talk on confident statements ("This next shot is money," "I can do this," etc.).
I think you can try being consistent on your shot. Do 2-motion on both 3PTs and mid-range. A lot of 6’0” black NYC PGs do this and don’t have consistency issue. If you shoot differently from behind the arc than inside, you are subject to inconsistency. You’d think you’re one motion shot is fast but it isn’t at all.
@@samu3114 I’m alone so this one’s gonna be separated into like two different workouts. Running/walking to get each rebound literally makes a workout 5x longer.
Say less this time next year i am going to be a lethal shooter it is probably the weakest part of my game due to inconsistency, i live in aus so summer is from december to febuary so over that time imma become a beast and next level
Wow, Jordan I tried doing this workout the next day and my god where my legs tired. plus I have a knee injury so that didn't help. I think I'll build up to 500 makes by doing this everyday of course.
Hey Jordan... I think you should start switching your workouts routine into more quality rather than quantity. Having more variability in your shooting workouts and a lot more contested shots/ floaters rather than just getting on the shooting gun and chasing that perfect technique. Undersized guards will generally shoot a bit more tougher shots in game, so being able to adjust and adapt to that variability is the key to be a good in-game shooter. There's a reason you have only shot around 30% from threes you whole career thus far. Just my thought🤝
Grab a partner if you can to rebound and pass you the ball, and if not you can perform each series yourself off the bounce as well as off the catch/on the move by spinning the ball to yourself. Best of luck to you, GET AFTER IT!!

We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all. He was oppressed and treated harshly, yet he never said a word. He was led like a lamb to the slaughter. He will enjoy a long life, and the Lord’s good plan will prosper in his hands. When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish, he will be satisfied.
