BEAUUUUUUTIFUL LAKER❤❤ wish I was fishin in that boat too...catch me a big monster fish! I would rather Jig for fish too, I'm not much of a troller😊 Great video Clayton 🤘🤘😊
In the early 70s lakers were always on our radar and lemme tell ya it wasn’t easy not like lake maps sonar didn’t even have soft plastics back then but we caught them I was like 7 years old but remember 2 coolers of lakers a cooler full of walleyes and then a cooler with pike … but that was fish for grandpa n grandma me my 2 siblings mom and dad ant my other uncle his wife and 2 girls thru the winter supple of fish then we get too upper Wisconsin on the first weekend of October too snag salmon coming up too spawn . And we’d spend 4 nights and for 3 fish per person per day ! And we’d drop of too a smoker place and would trade eggs for brining and then smoked and we brought everyone us kids slept in a tent behind the camper . It was the way we got fish lol that was late 70s early 80s .
Love your videos. I’m fishing on Fourth Lake on the Fulton Chain in NY and there are tons of bait on the bottom in 85’, the deepest area in the lake. So the lake trout don’t appear to leave the deep water to access the bait on the humps, they just stay with the bait. Any tips? I can share video from LVS34. I’ve caught one fish, had lots of lookers. It’s hard to convince them to eat an artificial when there are thousands of the real thing at 85’.
Always enjoy your laker content. My favorite fish and way of fishing too. Have you ever tried sharp shooting a bait ball? Works sometimes for me, You know the lakers are nearby even if you can't always see them. Caught a 34 incher that way last time I was out in NW Ont. Getting a boat with spot lock has been a game changer for me. Before that I would use drift socks to jig an area. Anyway, let see you catch some lakers on a Bondy Bait. I need an education.
I've seen and caught several Lakers like the one on your page on Flathead lake and Canyon Ferry lake in Montana and while diving on Canyon Ferry is say one 5 feet long and as big as a garbage can around.
Just clicked the video and I always get nervous on these Clayton....is today the day I see you land the big momma bigger than mine? I know the day is coming, lets see if it is today!
Clayton you should really consider leaving the live imaging at home every so often. Show us the skills and knowledge you have on how to find and catch fish. I fell in love with you for a reason and it wasn't because I liked watching you watch fish TV. Nice nick nack sure but kind of wrecking the whole idea behind going out enjoying the day.
Would you leave it at home if you had one? You learn a lot about fish behaviour with one and it also helps the viewers to understand what is going on. Live imaging is here to stay and it’s such a good tool to advance your learning. I do have some videos where I don’t use it at all as well, but I am likely going to continue to use it because I am able to learn so much more quicker and I love to learn more than anything.

Clayton is that adapter you have around your seat post to hold your main camera homemade ? Or who manufactures it? Thanks
Clayton what style of knot do you use to attach your line to those big jigs?
I use a Uni Knot
What’s your Livescope set up? Do you have a video? Graph? Lvs34? Arc lab?
I need to make one of these.... I do run Arc Lab though yes!
