I remember John Thurston having this ride brand new and in the process of installing the back flash after a couple of years ownership,Then sold to Houghtons which they done an amazing job of transforming it to what it is now ,great ride, probably the only ride that has both previous owners name on it Houghtons on the bottom and Thurstons on the upright hand rails 👍👍 great vid mate 👍👍

Great video mate nice location superstar is a good one nice Volvo fh with it superstar very similar to Danters machine tha smells you talking about for me diesel and fried onions

@@grahamhaynes3420 Thanks Graham, yes it's a really nice location, smart ride and transport. Oh the diesel fumes and fried onions for sure, it was the same for me at Redhill filming the Matterhorn Pull down the smell that comes from the centre of the machines is just unique and having not been around the rides since I travelled 20 + years ago it hits me, the smell and sounds 😆
