The Pinhole Camera

  • A series of demonstrations using a simple pinhole camera. A camera similar to the one shown can be made from a shoe box, cutting a large rectangle out of one end to fit a tracing paper screen. A small pinhole should be made in the opposite side of the box.

    Convex - it needs to have a focal length similar to the length of the pinhole camera so that it projects an image onto the screen at the back.

    @najibaiman The pinhole camera consists of a little box. Cut out a window at one end and stick a piece of tracing paper over it to act as a screen. It's then simply a save of making a pinhole in the other side of the box, as shown in the video.
