    My core hurts from watching. What sort of recovery time do I need before I watch this again?

      Haha depends on your fitness level, core you can work out more frequently we do core workouts daily. If you’re super sore I would give it a day or two rest and hit it again.

      These are light resistance bands

    The drills look very nice. I just allways feel like the intensity is not high enough. Shouldn´t you push yourself a little bit closer to your limits?

      May be wrong but I think Karue tends to always save a bit in the tank, even if he doesn’t realize it lol
