Emma …… this is just stunning - you are such an inspiration. In a world of noise where people always seem to be screaming and shouting at each other, it’s so lovely to listen to your quiet, soothing and calming voice let alone enjoying your beautiful creations. Thank you so, so much for sharing ❤
That is such a lovely thing to hear, thank you so much. It means so much to me that you like my approach 🌸 thank you for taking the time to write this lovely comment
Emma, this is such a lovely piece, made more special and endearing with your original border and hand stitched words. The lovely soft hued colours of the fabrics, arranged in such a complimentary layout, are strikingly beautiful. Your work is exquisite!
It’s such a lovely project Emma and I really love the pattern you have created for this block. I could watch you stitch and listen to your sweet voice all day.🥰 The walk along the trails of Fairy Glen where beautiful! Thank you for making and sharing this with us and I will be watching to see what you may add to this little beauty! Love and happiness to you and your family.✨💖✨
I love how you allowed yourself to be free to let the piece evolve and just enjoy the process. Thank you for making and sharing another great video Emma, I enjoyed it very much.
This piece is beautiful. The way it comes together with the addition of each new piece is amazing. I love it !!! And watching and listening to your videos is so soothing. The music, pictures, and your soft voice calms me !!!
Thank you Emma. You show so much love when you talk, sew, and share you beautiful gift that God has blessed you with. I can't wait to see your next video. ❤️ From the State of Ohio in the USA.
Sooo happy I stumbled upon your channel!!! Miss living in England ❤️your voice is so soothing and all your projects remind me of a time gone by and takes me back to my childhood. Just learning quilting and EPP and find your channel so inspiring!!! Thank you for letting us come along your journeys with you ❤️
It’s a lovely hexagon with the bluebell. Your very clever. I don’t think you realise that. Not everyone can sew like you do well done. I admire you. The whole hexagon block is lovely thank you for sharing.
Just watched whilst the snow is falling in March 2023 what a lovely project just love the idea of a monthly wall of flowers. I hang a seasonal quilt in my conservatory and seasonal bunting it just lift the spirits. It was beautiful video thank you .
Emma your bluebell applique and fabrics are so sweet in this quilt block. I loved how you built on the original hexagon including different shapes as your went to achieve your final block. As always your embroidery is so lovely and personalises the work so beautifully. Such a pleasure to watch you create as always. Thank you. xx
I’m still working my way through your beautiful videos whilst sewing little hexagons. This one is extra special. I think it would make a lovely heirloom because of your embroidered handwriting 💐
What a wonderful way of remembering the all too brief bluebell season. They are so beautiful when they are in full bloom, especially in the spring sunshine, it's one of my favorite times of the year. The block you have created could be turned into many things. I think it would look gorgeous as part of a lid for a small storage bag/box 😍
Thanks so much for sharing all of your beautiful creations with us, Emma! I love to watch your videos! I’ve learned so much from you, but also because your voice and the music are so calm and soothing. You have such a lovely voice. The video of the bluebells growing, is so beautiful too! This bluebell hexagon block is gorgeous! ❤️
Emma, thank you for such a precious video! You make me look at fabric differently than I used to. I look at it more carefully and find myself choosing "sweeter" prints with softer colors!
Such a lovely piece of art to be passed to your son!!! I love your work and inspiration…oh and your soothing voice!! Continue to show your talent here!! God bless!!
Hi Emma, what exquisite work you have done. Oh how to be as talented as you. Even your colours you choose are so perfect for the project. I love your videos and hope you will have loads more to share with us. I always enjoy you talking through your projects as your voice is so calming and you are so down to earth and give me the encouragement I need to have a go myself. Many, many thanks to you for spending the time to let us in on your fabulous work. Much love xxx
Hi Diane, thank you so much for such a lovely comment. I find putting myself out there difficult, so reading this really helps me and means so much. Thank you x
beautiful Emma as always ❤ I grew up in Whipsnade in Bedfordshire. An idyllic childhood with a tree cathedral and bluebell wood nearby.....now I live in Australia and would dearly love to go back there one day. You make me homesick after 32 years 😌
My few precious bluebells are in a carefully guarded pot awaiting our spring down under. It would be grand to saunter amongst drifts of bluebells as you did. Your woodland fairy sign reminded me of our Aussie drive amongst tall gums and tree ferns recently , when we came across a sign called ‘ Fairy Dell ‘ road and perched on top was a plump, bright yellow robin. So cute. As was your beautiful fabric creation. You are so clever and make gorgeous fabrics even prettier. I normally struggle to cut into really cute fabrics, but you have encouraged me that the end product can be worth it.
Thank you for such a lovely comment Jennifer. I am the same, I always struggle to cut into fabric that I love, it’s a constant battle. I think that’s why I only seem to use tiny bits and make small things, so I can hoard the rest! Thanks for watching 😊
OH mercy, this is such a lovely block. You are indeed a skilled artist. I love the gentleness of the design and the flow of the colors and fabric! You have magic in your soul and fingers, the special kind that comes only from the heart. Thanks so much, I am enjoying paper piecing because of your videos and now I want to embroider more also. You are a blessing and I just love the peace and calm of your channel!!
I so enjoy your videos. I listen and watch you as I myself am quilting on a hexagon grandmothers garden quilt . It is quiet large (king size), but am enjoying the process. Your voice is so easy to listen to and very relaxing for me. I love all your hand sewn pieces . I will continue watching your videos. Thank you❤❤
Emma you are so lovely ! Your projects are always a beautiful work of art. I'd like a cuddly cushion made with this or the most beautiful quilt but failing that I'd frame it. Thankyou for sharing all your very special works of art and your lovely calming self with us. You are a tonic ! Love to you and your family Emma xx😊💖
I'm so very glad I found your channel recently!!! Your work is just beautiful and so inspiring!! I love hand sewing and needle turn applique!! And you have inspired me to make a hexagon quilt! I've already chosen my fabrics and started making the quilt as you go hexies!! I am planning to embroider and cross stitch some of the centers, all inspired by you!!! Thank you ever so much!!
Beautiful work Emma as always. Disappointed you didn’t use the gorgeous hedgehog fabric though as they are my favourite 🙂. I will treat myself to some of that along with the hare and bluebell fabrics. You are so lovely ,really inspiring and I love your vlogs. Jane. X
Thank you so much Jane. I’m glad you are going to treat yourself. I did use it, just for the flowers though. I have a lot of it left and I know I will definitely use it for another project, it’s too cute not to! Have a great day 😊🌸
Beautiful,,, just letting you know, when I was taught to Applicate quite a few years ago, we used fine silk thread, it berry’s itself in the fabric… gives a nice finish… lovely work the fabrics are beautiful… have a wonderful day…🤗💕

Hi from North Georgia USA. RUclips suggested your channel this morning. So, now I’ve subscribed. I became interested in EPP about three years ago because of Kate on Last Homely House. Perhaps you’ve seen the quilt she is making for her granddaughter. It is all 1” hexies. I’ve done quilts in three versions of Tula Pink’s Tula Nova pattern. So now I’m ready for a project using tiny hexies. I have a lot of silk ties that could become something spectacular. I’m going to go back and watch your earlier videos. Thanks for making them.
Hi Ann, thank you so much for checking out my channel and becoming a subscriber, it really means a lot to me. I hope you find my videos useful. The silk tie idea sounds wonderful. Take care 🌸
