Integrating Person-Centered Coaching in Resident Services Delivery Models

This recorded webinar from June 2024 explores different resident- and family-centered coaching models and peer support opportunities that have been implemented and integrated as part of resident services delivery by two CORES certified organizations: The Community Builders and Operation Pathways. Participants also learned about EMPath's theory of change and program model that uses a comprehensive approach to promote upward economic mobility by helping families plan, reach, and sustain their personal goals.
