Sir apne output badhane ke liye extra manpower laga di assembly aur packing me. Lekin manpower badhane se labor efficiency kam ho jaegi. Extra manpower is cost to company. Hume assembly aur packing station ki cycle time kam karni chahiye unki output badhane ke liye. Usme hum 8 lean wastes identify kare aur un wastes ko remove kare to cycle time ghategi aur unki output badhegi. Agar humare pas extra manpower available hai toh hum number of shifts bhi badha sakte hain. Us se per day ki output bhi badhegi.
Kisne bola ya kahan likha h ki line balancing manpower ghatakar hi ho sakti h.. ye video line balancing par h.. naki manpower reduction ya cost reduction... Example is only for reference..... in this video... Aapko line balancing karte waqt khud ideas sochne padenge.. agar manpower ghatakar takt time match nhi hota aur manpower badhakar hota h to badhani padegi.. agr koi bhi waste nhi h to.. you have to identify.. what are the possibilities... For doing line balancing.. Line balancing is for balancing the line if we need extra manpower at any station then we should add, by doing this our throughput will increase & ultimately productivity will increase. Output increase which ultimately reduce the cost. customer ka takt time meet karna chahiye..

Well I liked the demonstration but not agreed with the line balancing part after balancing because if we increse the manpower to balance the line the cost of the company will be increased which is opposite to the Lean system...

Can we reallocate the 2 manpower from packaging to assembly to complete the assembly task and then move these all 3 manpower to packaging task. Because packaging always done after completion of assembly...
