Thanks for watching today’s video homies! This was by no means the “littest” vid on the scene but I enjoyed filming it. If you’re confused after watching this video here’s the scenario… Apbassin (Alex Peric), Flair, and I all were down at the 2016 Bassmaster Classic Expo working some company booths. On the first morning before the expo we decided to link up and do some fishing in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rather than just simply fish for fun we decided to add our own twist. We each could spend around $50 on tackle at Walmart. Being that none of us brought any equipment on the flight over this would be the only equipment we could use. Although we didn’t really get on em’ like Edwin Evers it was still fun to fish with some of my favorite dudes in the industry. That is in Tulsa ok. Every walmart in this part of the country has a decent amount of bassin tackle. BTW I'm willing to bet that the 2nd pond they went to was around 71st and Sheridan in Tulsa. There is an island next to an apartment complex and on the other side there are a few high end houses with a ton of windows. That pond was dirty af when I went there a few yrs ago. Damn Jon quit poaching my spots ;)

Hey Jon there's a fishing app called Fishbrain and I don't know if you've heard of it but it's like social media for fishermen and women and you can post about fresh and saltwater fish and they have a thing where you can put where you are at and what jigs you used to catch the fish you're posting

Go over to home and garden and find the chemical that does in fish . 10 bucks tops . Go to outdoors dept get a lounge chair . Go to grocery and blow the rest on beer and munchies . Head for the pond . Happy fishin .

For some reason, Wal-mart has decided to begin using ozark trail and south bend fishing lures. Which makes me wonder if some company got bought out or something.
Either way, the selection of useful lures (And there are a few still, such as rooster tail and arctic fox along with Rappala) are decreasing a bit at a time.

I've bought a ton of good gear from garage sales and flea markets. I even cleaned a guy's garage out from a Craigslist gig one Summer for $20 and he told me I could keep whatever I wanted, if not take it to the dump. I fixed a generator and sold it for $350 which got me a 3 combos. Also had a bunch of fishing gear but it was all mostly dry rotted and decades old.

A rod and reel, 8 pound test line, a weighted stick Bobber, some #6 bait holder bronze hooks and some crickets and wax worms. That's all you need.
