- This is my second virtual walk through the (in)famous house located at 112 Ocean Avenue, Amityville. Again, my intention was to recreate the house based on the photos taken after the murders that happened on November 13, 1974.
Facts behind this: In the early morning hours of November 13, 1974, Ronald DeFeo Jr. killed his mother and father, two brothers and two sisters, while they were sleeping. On December 18, 1975 George and Kathy Lutz and their children moved into the house. 28 days later (January 14, 1976) they fled in terror.

A big thank you to "blackleon". He had hard work finishing the map, fixing all errors that I had left and making it playable in singleplayer as well as multiplayer.
All most people have ever seen, are still shots from the crime scene, in this home. This is such a cool way of seeing how the house really looked. Great video and beautiful home! 👍🏻👍🏻
This home had 3 stories above the basement. Just huge and beautiful. Rip Defeo family.
I recently saw this house this February in Amityville, Long Island.
Actually the nicest house on the block.
I lived in an apartment whose mood was not good. One night I lay down and when I was almost asleep, I heard a voice whispering words that I did not understand because they were said very fast and I only understood when the voice asked me for help. My dog snarled twice at nothing and he looked scared in the first month we lived there. What I mean is that I believe that spirits can continue to live in some places, but not everyone has the sensitivity to feel paranormal energy.
Seeing the wheelchair right beside of the bed in the room where the two boys were killed freaked me out because that is exactly the way it is placed in the crime scene photos. You really done your homework.
Can't believe it's been 14 years since i watched this as a little boy damn . . .
This is a decorators nightmare.
All of the movies depicted the basement as some type of creepy dungeon, when in reality, it's a finished rec room/laundry area.
The owner could charge $50 a ticket around Halloween and probably have lines outside.
Man, this new CG animation you did just bowls me over! The detail is just incredible!
This was great, I kept expecting something to jump out and scare the life out of me lol.
Nice house. Very big and well designed. Sad that such a tragedy had to occur there.
WOW !! EXCELLENT 3D GRAPHICS GREAT JOB !!! VERY DETAILED TOO!!
man its a beautiful house
The Wheelchair is there, wow just wow! Amazing Video.
That's deffidently a big house never realized it til now.
I never understood why would anyone need such an enormous house. It is way too big to feel confortable, it is unhelathy. No wonder that they are mainly people living in such houses who come up with ghost-stories. They feel lost and little and scared and haunted in such a huge labyrinth. Try to move to smaller, friendlier houses - if you don't have 10 kids. :)
I sincerely love the music. It's ambient and relaxing and let's us appreciate the house for what it is. Great video.
This is the closest tour of the Amityville horror house you'll get
What a beautiful house. I’d live there.
