- Have you ever felt like you were given a role to play in life? Maybe it's a role that you felt like your caregivers gave you? Perhaps it's a role you just stepped into in life and it became who you are to this day? The truth is, whether we're betrayed or unfaithful, we can be forced to play roles that are not only harmful to ourselves but everyone around us. These roles may have been developed out of survival tactics or we may have felt like we just needed to live this way to make sense out of life, relationships and even infidelity or addiction. Thanks Sam. I can totally relate to this video. Lots of truth in this 6 minute video. I'm much more at peace and enjoying life with our boys,
now that I'm not lost in what went wrong, and trying to fix her or us. You helped me understand that I can't do that, I can only fix myself, and
move on from what happened in 2017. So we peacefully co-exist here, parents and roommates, raising two awesome little boys.
I've let go of the tension and stress of trying to make the relationship good again. Thank you.
