    I bought these but then realized my shirts had snaps and there was no room for the thing. Then I realized why am I a grown man wearing shirts with snaps like a child.

    Do you have to use a sewing machine or can you stitch the million dollar collar into a shirt by hand?

    • @mycharterbusiness6725
      @mycharterbusiness6725 2 года назад

      For sure, you can do it by hand, it is just faster with the sewing maching and a little more consistent.

  • @VanessaLloyd241
    @VanessaLloyd241 2 года назад

    Thanks for your response - I have, however, just tried to stitch it in by hand and although I have a leather needle it will not go through the stay. I have so many different colour shirts to do that it would mean I have to wind many bobbins!!

    • @mycharterbusiness6725
      @mycharterbusiness6725 2 года назад

      Have you tried using a thimble? Or something to protect your finger? That is the hard part about using a needle and thread versus a sewing machine.

    Are the MDC placket stays poseable like coat hanger wire?
    Or will they only remain straight?

    • @milliondollarcollar
      @milliondollarcollar  3 года назад +1

      MDC is a proprietary “plastic-like” material and can be molded with your hands, but the weight of the collar does a great job of helping the placket curl nicely. My shirt was fresh off the hanger buttoned all the way up. Does that answer your question?

    • @royalbloodedledgend

      @@milliondollarcollar thank you for your reply.
      So it’s able to more or less maintain the position I mold them into?
      E.g wide “V” that curls outwards on the top.

      I applaud your attempt to save a few dollars, but please do not try this. I tested every material on the market and a zip tie will melt to your shirt. Instead support an American Company with an American Made product, and American Families. 🙏🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
