Very good. I think of this often. My belief is everyone, except for some sociopaths and psychopaths, experiences regret, it's almost impossible not to experience regrets. It's good to look at life from this view point. "Regrets are a part of the human condition."

1) speak less, complain less, keep mouth shut. (2) everyday is an opportunity (3) privacy and humility (4) prayer (5) Listen and Do it Now (6) Keep it silent (not even brother, father, cousins, aunty amy, workmate) (6) initiate, reach out (7) pride comes before destruction (8)
