Just want to thank everyone for the prayers in regards to my heart attack last Thursday. While I am still feeling pretty tired and weak the Lord is blessing me with feeling better each day.

@@ScrapPalletMan Yes it restarted started my weight loss and I am now down 100+ pounds since July 6, 2017. They have my blood pressure in check for the first time in decades and my diabetes is under control. In fact I went to the ophthalmologist for retinal eye exam and was told that my retinas look better now than they did 6 months ago.
Thank you so much for caring enough to remember and ask. You are such a blessing Paul.

@@ScrapPalletMan I might add that in spite of having a 100% blockage of my left anterior descending artery or basically what is commonly called a widow maker heart attack, I walked out of the hospital less than 36 hours later with out a bypass or even a stent. The Lord had caused my right coronary artery to branch over a supply blood to the affected area of the heart. There appears to have been zero damage to the heart muscle.
A miracle from God.
While still in the ER that say they had brought in a man that had overdosed on a weird combination of drugs. As they had to park him in the hallway right across from my door I started praying got him whee we n I observed he was going into convulsions. The two nurses which were at their stations right at the head of his bed were quick to act but before they could actually start to do anything the convulsions stopped and he started to become coherent. One of the nurses looked over her shoulder and mouthed thank you when she sad me praying. It was at that point they came to take me to the Cath Lab, so I don’t know what happened after that.
The lord has also opened the doors where I have started two new ministries since the heart attack where I reach around 60-70 people per day between the two.
You've got to love the randomness of the secret dumpster 😁

Yet, right around the corner God put you in the path of someone who needed comfort and prayer. Sometimes we do our tasks never knowing we are being tasked. I myself have been having good luck with Harbor freight's dumpsters about a month ago I found a brand new dolly and just last week I found a new tool set that was missing a couple of sockets. Today I managed to snag a gas transfer pump. I'm surprised, usually Harbor Freight at least in my area does not throw stuff like this away.
I feed the bananas to the deer. They love them. I have numerous businesses that advertise free pallets. Take as many as you want.
That bread maker is going to make you some bread!

Oh , I miss my tamale 🫔 lady in Texas! Our local grocery store has some good ones, but they don’t compare to the ones I got from the cooler out of the tamale ladies trunk. I used to buy a couple dozen every week.

Hi Robin. I totally understand. A lot of items that I don't test may have worked. Sometimes if I take things to test and then don't test them, then I have incomplete to do items for the next day and I can get overwhelmed and frustrated.

I've got a super secret dumpster that continously gifts me brass fittings and fixtures and sometimes copper, I only scrap PT now, only because it's fun, but always go back to the ones that pay, kind of like casino slot machines!

I worked the "pee floor" 😂 when I first got out of nursing school and I only saw one guy that didn't do well after prostate surgery. He was bleeding too much so the doctor and I irrigated his catheter in hopes of stopping it but we ended up taking him back to surgery but he ended up being fine! I think they might have come a long way since 42 years ago (retired)😊

Never fret about the open end of a wrench Paul. Anyone who knows how to use one, will use the box end whenever possible. You can always use an adjustable wrench for an open end job. 😉 🏴☠

Hey Paul another great video I'm amazed at how the scrap market changes here it's gone up most cases as shred is 13 cents a pound I've never seen it this high just like brass is $2.48 per pound and eaves were 0.81 cents a pound as I made a bit scrapping
our neighbors behind us always made good food and drove to Dallas/Fort Worth area and times to Houston to sell their homemade Mexican food, and it was good food too. On the holidays, they would always bring me and my mom at least 3-7 BIG plates of food that they had left over.
That sounds so delicious.

in Texas Near Houston we sell pallets 48x48 Those are for like bags of rocks and bricks and stuff they’re heavy make the most money from them and all other pallets damaged or not you get paid according to what’s good on them because they rebuild them and reconstruct them they pay for all the pallets you bring any kind except for the blue ship dairy ones can’t sell those
Funny, the scrap yard I work at only uses the blue one's. The other ones are not strong enough. We sell the pallets you grab to a guy for a dollar apiece just to get rid of them.

It is 8:20 pm in central Indiana with a temp of 76 and humidity if 81. Figures that i had doctor appointments today. I am paying for it now but hopefully I will feel better tomorrow
