Electric motors are 15 cents a pound. they are already worth seven sets a pound as shred. I would gain 8 cents every 5 minutes. Do the math. Even if you had endless supplies of fans, it's still less than $1 an hour work.
Brother Paul thank you for the prayer. I really needed it. I was having a tough time the other night with my job. You see I'm a Police Department Dispatcher for over 29 years and I was getting a few people who saying that I'm not doing my job and I don't care enough about them. But your prayer today helped me realize that I care about my job because I have more positive comments than negative ones. People thank me for doing a great job and that no one's ever cared so much to take the time and effort to comfort them. Sorry for such a long comment. I just wanted to thank you so much. I really needed reassurance from God. And he sent you in my path.❤❤
I had the unfortunate experience of unintentionally pranking someone too much. A friend of mine is afraid of spiders, so I got a fake spider and put it in her shower. What I didn't realize was that she suffered from full-blown arachnophobia. When she stepped into the shower and saw the spider, she had a massive panic attack, fainted and cracked her skull open. She had to be hospitalized for three days and I felt awful about it for years.
The sooner the scrap is off the truck the better. No need to move everything numerous times. And there's something to be said for starting with an empty truck. It's like a newly found sense of hope,,, GREAT video Paul...
I’m was glad to hear you say you were going to keep the little work table with the clamp! I was justa fussing at you to keep it! 😂 And you were right, someone put a lot of effort into making the table sturdy and strong, even put wheels on the legs for portability. Thanks for listening to me! 😂. Have a good weekend, Paul. ✌🏼❤️
Heyyy Paul, ty for including all of us in ur prayers. I no I needed it. The scrap getting tangled up adds more pressure to ur back, I feel for u my friend. U r also in my prayers. I wish u well Paul, stay safe, ur friend in NY.
Paul you should be thankful for every piece of scrap that the Good Lord puts out there for you to find. As you said....thats 9 dollars that you didn't have before. I am happy for you and I love love love your video's and the prayers. I always pray right along with you. Have a blessed day. ❤❤
Paul, so jealous of you getting to see the leaves turn color! Autumn is my favorite time of the year. I'm bouncing between my home in Az., and taking care of my parents in Houston that have Alzheimer's. So, hot and dry or hot and muggy! In Phx we're still hitting 99°F during the day! Love watching your videos , especially when you show a quick landscape or foliage... ~LightMike
Hey Paul, You had a mention in Junkman 5000 video, “Good thing I had the Truck “ in the mail call part at the end of the video. I had the great fun of finding a whole stack of extruded aliminium yesterday. T’was a little getting it all home on my electric wheel chair, but I did it!
@@ScrapPalletMan doing good. Just need fasting blood work to get all my stuff checked out. Getting help from a doctor to keep trying to lose weight. Feeling great though.
Well thanks for the video Paul, you're awesome too. Hope you have a great night and a wonderful tomorrow. Thanks for the ride along I hope you get a great scrap run 😊
Hi, Paul! Love your channel. You have a very calming voice. I enjoy your searches. I so wish I could be doing something like that! Regarding your wire stripper: would it work if you put the base into the vise sideways? It is more narrow on the sides, allowing the vise to not be so extended and the handle would be free to turn. Glad you took the vise table! God bless!
Yes pranks can sometimes go too far or have an unexpected outcome . Still I love me a good prank .Friends of mine on You Tube used to do Halloween pranks each year ,It was a lot of fun. I see your Fans came out in full force today, Paul. Here's to a Blessed week . Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤
Looks like a fan day. Do you think last years electric heaters will be next?? Great scrap day. 😊. Paul the last time they did that test I believe was 2012.
I love you Paul, God Bless you. However, Like my grandpa told me when you find a tool, it's God's way of being sure you always have the right tool to do the job that's coming... Don't scrap good tools Pop. If not keeping then give it away, perhaps it's the blessing someone else needs to start a new path.
Turn the wire stripper 90 deg so the drill can rest on the table. That way, the table can take the pressure and you won't have to hold the drill against the torque. This will save you stress on your wrist and forearm.
God bless you for sharing your life's journey with us, it is so refreshing to see someone sharing the simple life that having God in our lives can bring. He is so awesome, in 1980 (February), he started leading me out of the darkness of drug and alcohol addiction into his light. And he did it using special people just like you to make it happen.
I knew a microwave was like a faraday cage but I wish I would’ve thought to experiment during the test. $10 is ten dollars. All those “feast” days make up for the “famine” days. You’re doing awesome! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Okay, I did a bit of poking around the internet and it seems that the microwave and phone each operate on different frequencies. Meaning, the metal and mesh door of the microwave do not allow radiation to emit but a strong signal from a cell tower will allow its signal to come in the microwave and ring the phone. Still, a microwave will act as a crude type of faraway cage in the event of an EMP. Not sure how it would help since people aren’t going to be keeping their phones in a microwave should something unpredictable like that would happen.
Paul i used to know a man name Tim, and had route like your and found lots of good stuff and had a garage sale every weekend on the cheap side for beer money............
I have found that those fans are not lubricated properly at the factory, it’s like planned obsolescence, when I get a fan, that’s a little bit sticky and turn slowly takes me about 15 minutes to pull them apart with special lube and they seem to run forever, keep enjoying your day!
Paul, I swear the neighbors all get together and decide what scrap to put out for that day. Like, let's all put our old fans out or patio furniture or dehumidifiers. It's crazy.
Strip aluminum wire always! Doesn't pay bad at all if you got at least a couple pounds. A pound of coated alum wire would be say 10 cents. A pound striped is 80 cents.
Hey brother Paul awesome stuff awesome video love your videos be awesome stay awesome be your self have a awesome great bless day and night you and your family God bless you and your family God loves you and your family I love you and your family have awesome great bless day your brother DENNIS ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊
Paul i would strip the motors out of the fans .it takes about 5 mins and gives you more cash

Fans out in full force :-).
Looks like a fan day. Do you think last years electric heaters will be next?? Great scrap day. 😊. Paul the last time they did that test I believe was 2012.
I was surprised at how many stand-up fans you found today. It was kind of cool one of your fans was spining in the wind
I like how you put 3 of your biggest fans in the bed of your truck. Lol
Thanks for praying 🙏 ❤

That small workbench is for wood working.
Great video Paul those water jugs are like $15 now great find.

Not a bad scarp run. You got a little bit of metal and free stuff 😀✌
The ones with holes are great for planting potatoes too
Sweet work
I like to see Rick in your next video
Old towels are useful for cleaning your truck and floors and drying down Olivia's fur when she gets wet
Maybe you can donate those bins so they’ll have another use instead of going to the landfill

amazing to see another amazing video today scrap & pallet man 😊

Ooooo! I forgot to mention the reusable bag you picked up (with the foil inside) is also like a faraday cage!
My experiment showed that the emergency signal made it through the microwave. It was ringing inside a closed microwave 🤔

I hope you're feeling better Tim
It’s a woodworking vise with quick release
I have found that those fans are not lubricated properly at the factory, it’s like planned obsolescence, when I get a fan, that’s a little bit sticky and turn slowly takes me about 15 minutes to pull them apart with special lube and they seem to run forever, keep enjoying your day!
I have my large fan in my bedroom right now. I think I'm going to figure out how to lubricate
That is a woodworkers vise. Very handy to have in your shop.
