@@EchoesDistant And why would ‘Cleveland Rocks’ be any more of a copyright issue than ‘Moon Over Parma?’ In fact, you can sing 8 bars of any song ever written without permission or paying royalties. You can’t steal 8 bars and include it in a song you wrote, but you can sing a short snippet, royalty free, on TV. And Craig, going into his rock mode and singing ‘Cleveland Rocks’- just those two words-would have been much more of a crowd pleaser. Plus, Josh (Geoffrey Peterson) was from Cleveland. So it could have gotten a lot of play. And, ‘Moon Over Parma’ is a lame song.
