In this video we’re leaving Matera behind, driving through Bari (the capital city of the region of Apulia) and then we're finally arriving to seaside town Monopoli: this is where Italians go on holiday.
I personally found Monopoli authentic and not too touristy.
In July it was crowded, of course, but it still hasn’t been spoiled by mass tourism.
