It’s 2019. I got a fairly good laptop. I remember the game I dedicated countless hours in middle school. I joined guilds, did dungeons, had laughs, met new people. I miss this game. People might have a bad opinion about this game, but I had a personal love attached to it. This song sure carries a heavy dosage of nostalgia.
I love this game very much and I miss it. Unfortunately I was "kicked out by force" if I can put it that way. Memories will remain, let us appreciate them while listening to this wonderful piece~

Just gonna put my comment here so my old self could remember how nostalgic this songs was, playing on SEA server with tons of active guild member, we're like a brothers and sisters, always there to help, even spending their 4 freakin long hour time to completing dungeons or gathering more party members, We always had each other's backs. It's not about the game it self which honestly pretty sucks, but the community was amazing. Can't compare it to origin classic Ragnarok, but it still felt like an old home, full of memories.
I remember the first ever private test, sitting in the login screen listening to this song waiting for the servers to come back up. It's just so sad that they were not able to create a true successor to Ragnarok Online. RO, RO2 and ToS will always have a special place in my heart
This was my favorite MMORPG game. I don't miss the grinding and farming at all, but I miss my guild mates so very much and everyone I made friends with via other guilds. This song strikes so many chords in my heart for this game.

I've always remembered this song. Absolutely as magical as the original RO1 song in my opinion. I finally played RO2 a month ago. The fabled sequel to Ragnarok Online, the game of my childhood.. Dang was it a ghost town. Clearly the magic of the original hadn't struck people in RO2. But this song still sings of what might have been.

been singing this song for 40 minutes trying to recall where it's from. I looked through the OSTs from ps2 naruto all the way to morrowind / oblivion and KOTOR. It's really interesting that this song came to my mind because I haven't played this game in 6 years and when I did it was for a very short period of time. I'm proud of myself for finally finding it.

So much memories.. Team work... The effects thats so free we can swim or go somewhere freely like we're actually inside...its better times before they changed the log in, even master levels.. Now its just desserts and instant kills...but still best game ever to meet friends in a virtual world freely,beautifully, and making memories. The map is so wide that there's portals everywhere.. Beautiful lanscape and even the ost sounds so calming

So many memories with the first Ragnarok, I played it for like 10 years, sadly I never had an amazing experience with RO2 Gate Of The World because I couldn't find a server without lag, then I tried this revamp and I didn't like it (I really tried), but I still listen this OST from time to time, its simply beautiful... I wish gravity could realize how much people loves Gate Of The World and make a relaunch of this amazing game, the graphics, art, mechanics and music really had its charm!
They ran out of money for the project and too much skepticism from old RO fans that it was abandoned. So it was sold in its entirety. Too huge project. They had no experience in 3d open world only 2d. There was simply too much content in ragarok online 1, as you know. It kept us happy for many years ;) It had a very dedicated and big time back then (check group photos) The dedication and staff wasn't as big for RO 2. It was also the beginning or mmorpgs as a whole. So a lot of people with big dreams brought us this AMAZING game.
Timeless music. I wish game didn't go sellout mode. Just sell cosmetics and let players compete on same field. Don't throw daily rewards on my face, don't throw garbage at my screen. I barely could see my hero with all "changes". It really had potential.

Memories of when I started playing the game and there were lots of English speakers and plenty of friendly players and groups to join for dungeons. Now it's empty and lonely. I met some people in this game I am still friends with today, and others I will never forget, sad.
First time log on this game in 2013, introduced by my brother and play as a broken priest. First step on GTB kinda struggled. Skip to Baphomet raid, my friend who teach me Support Priest suddenly became dps priest and relying all the heals on me. CoA, Pet DNA Farm, Colosseum, Guild war. Damn all those memories.

This bring me back memories of the first RO2 which was Gate of the World... I miss EuphRO2. And miss SwordStick class.
Memories of when I started playing the game and there were lots of English speakers and plenty of friendly players and groups to join for dungeons. Now it's empty and lonely. I met some people in this game I am still friends with today, and others I will never forget, sad.

First time log on this game in 2013, introduced by my brother and play as a broken priest. First step on GTB kinda struggled. Skip to Baphomet raid, my friend who teach me Support Priest suddenly became dps priest and relying all the heals on me. CoA, Pet DNA Farm, Colosseum, Guild war. Damn all those memories.
