well i saw the leaks of arlecc, she has a glitch idle animation, her burst or her skill can be converted into pyro dmg just like other chars. Her burst is a literal fiery mewing- like.. why did hoyo decided to make her mew in her burst----------

It's not about whether she is a woman or a man, it is not about anonymity either, it is about conveying that arlecchino occupies a leading role in the house of hearts. Maybe we get more explanations about her title in her quest. Having the title of mother would not make sense though, because "mother" holds a completely different meaning as compared to the title of "father". We do not have much info on columbina. As of now she has no title, but she does have a code name: "Damselette".
