If you're going down the NSP rabbit hole I highly suggest If We We're Gay, Dinosaur Laser Fight, Release the Kraken and Mansion Party. Also, while not technically an NSP song, Starlight Brigade by Tupperware Remix Party (or TWRP) features Danny Sexbang (the lead singer for NSP) as the main vocals and is just an amazing piece of music and art put together.
All good songs, though I'd like to suggest Magnum Bullet as well. Starlight Brigade is probably my favorite Danny feature with Magnum Bullet a close second. Also "Danny don't you know".
I think this is legitimately the first time I've ever seen someone react to NSP before. Thank you. There's so much I want to gush about this band and the whole history of how they went from Obscure Internet Dorks to World-Touring Rock Stars! For now though, I'll contain my excitement and give my roses now. #RosesForDanny #RosesForBrian #LoveAndPeace #AndNSP
@@Syntherus I do NSP reactions whenever they do a new video, and I react to other comedy music specifically all the time. I even produced a cover album of NSP songs for their 10 year anniversary!
There's a prequel song they did called "Mansion Party" where the house blows up and thus he is living now with his parents. Their band background is hilarious and overall their songs are amazing. Danny and Ninja Brian also are part of Starbomb and they have done collaborations with other bands.
As a woman living in the US, I have to confess that in this economy I don't expect a guy to have his own house until he's in his 40s. Maybe his own apartment or trailer, but not his own actual house.
NSP has been around for ages and their music is like Weird Al's but original instead of covers. I absolutely love Danny Don't You Know and if you want trippy funny then Dinosaur Lazer Fight. 😉
NSP song recommendations - I Don't Know What We're Talking About - Mansion Party - Danny Don't You Know - It's Bedtime - Thunder & Lightning - First Date - Release the Kraken - Starlight Brigade They also released several covers of popular songs, including (the following) - Everybody Want's To Rule The World (cover - Tears for Fears) - Heat of the Moment (cover- Asia) - Pour Some Sugar on Me (cover - Def Leppard) - Africa (cover - Toto) and others
The musicianship of this band is insane, I highly recommend their stuff, and the Tupperware Remix Party (TWRP) collab with Danny Sexbang is immaculate, I love the groove of No-Pants Dance.
I do love, that not once, was the fact that a ninja kept appearing in the video even mentioned. *Casually watching music video and notices a ninja* "Oh, that's another way to make a drink."
NSP is a comedy music group consisting of Daniel Avadon (aka. Danny Sexbang) on vocals, and Brian Wecht (Ninja Brian) who is on keyboard, it used to be just the 2 of them, but then they joined with the band Tupperware remix party
Woo! I'm so happy you got to my favourite comedy band :) Mansion Party, Release the Kraken... Also Magnum Bullets by different band, but featuring Dan Avidan, this lead singer. Also, their nerd anthem, letter to a younger self - Danny Don't You Know :)
So glad you found this! Fantastic band, they span music genres in the name of comedy and the instrumentation quality is always top shelf! I highly recommend watching "Mansion Party" next, as it is the only other music video by NSP that was done by the same animator (Shoocharu) that did "Welcome to My Parents House". And yes, it grooves just as hard!
Obligatory Background info: NSP is "Ninja Sex Party" Sung by Danny SexBang The fellow in the videos with the mask on is Ninja Brian who is largely cowriter composer keyboardist The rest of the backing band is usually TWRP - Tupperware Remix Party The write in a pile of styles. This one goes down the Funk route they have some Rock, Prog and some heavy metal stuff as well. The animators vary from song to song and are friends and folks they reach out to. Some videos are live action as well ! I'll leave it there :)
I've been hoping for this for a while now ^^ Love me some NSP. Also the reason the 'bartender' showed up in the video later is that's the other band member, Ninja Brian.
Everything with NSP will be fun to watch/listen to. 'Danny Don't You Know' is the anthem of NSP. 'Heart Boner' is the greatest lovesong ever written. 'NSP Theme Song' will teach you everything about them in 2 minutes in a high budget introduction video. I think you would enjoy Starbomb aswell, it's NSP+Egoraptor and every song is about videogames. Smash, Best Zelda Rap Ever, Luigi's Ballad, Rap Battle: Ryu vs. Ken, Glass Joe's Title Fight just to name a few. NSP also got 3 cover albums and every single song is great! Great reactions as always!
So glad you're finally getting to one of my favorite bands other than Weird Al, NSP (aka Ninja Sex Party). This is a great one to start with. Excellent comedy band. They do fantastic covers of non-comedy music as well.
Finally you get to them! This isn't even the one I donate-requested! But hell it'll likely get donate-requested too. Mine was a $100 donation for Mystic Crystal, though, if you want an early early work to listen to, The Decision is a good one, so is Manticore, they also have 3 cover albums, 6 albums (one with leveled-up versions of the original song, some old, some newer ones), but yeah, the group is amazing! Danny is just so effing funny.
6969 is one of their most well-known songs, and for good reason. Starlight Brigade is by TWRP, who does a vast majority of the backing tracks for NSP, and features Dan Avidan as the lead vocals (the frontman of NSP under the stage name Danny Sexbang.)
NSP is such a great band to listen to, especially if you take into consideration when the different tracks came out. Cuz the decade and change between their early stuff and current stuff REALLY showcases a band starting on strong foundations, and slowly evolving as they have better resources available, and as they settle into finding their sound with each album.
YES NSP!! Thunder & Lightning, I Don't Know What We're Talking About, Release the Kraken, First Date, Don't Fear the Reaper (cover). The Super Guitar Bros and Dan did some epic covers.
SQUEEEEEE!!!!! I'm so excited you finally got to a Ninja Sex Party song! I'm a huge fan and I definitely recommend all of their videos. Their early work had a much, much smaller budget and that's part of the charm. I would love for you to do Three Minutes of Ecstasy, No Reason Boner, If We Were Gay, and Dinosaur Laser Fight to start with.
You should check out there serious albums like under the covers they do a great cover of we built this City in 4k. And good guess Danny always wanted to be an '80s/70s Rockstar and so when he goes on stage he actually wears a one suit with a dazzling cape lol
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do TWRP. They're the backing band for most of the NSP/Starbomb songs, and their regular material is even better. Genuinely magical. They're the characters who come out of the TV toward the end of the video.
If u like NSP you should check out Star Bomb and Egoraptor. Same people, different band but they make nerdy songs about video games. My favorites are their zelda raps and mario party.
NSP LET'S GOOOOO!!!! *Sigh* Here's the thing. They started as a couple of guys on RUclips. While their newer stuff is pure quality, I think it's important to see where they started and exactly how far they've come. So, let's see... Where to even begin? I'll start by saying: please don't watch the "level up" versions, watch the original songs. Well, there's the NSP Theme Song, nothing too crazy but it's an introduction to their characters. Then there's The Decision, Attitude City, Peppermint Cremes, Dragon Slayer, Unicorn Wizard, No Reason Boner, Dinosaur Laser Fight, Why I Cry, Objects of Desire, If We Were Gay, The Ultimate Sandwich, Party of Three, Three Minutes of Ecstacy, 6969, Cool Patrol, Eating Food in the Shower, Orgy for One, Danny Don't You Know, Heart Boner, Courtship of the Mermaid, First Date, I Don't Know What We're Talking About, Release the Kraken, Mansion Party, The Decision Part 2 (watch this after you've seen most of what's before Heart boner on this list as it's a celebration of their 10 year anniversary), Wondering Tonight, The Mystic Crystal. Starlight Brigade by TWRP features Danny, the lead singer, and was written by him if I remember correctly. They have cover albums appropriately titled "Under the Covers." For their covers there's Take On Me, Everybody Wants to Rule the World, Wish You Were Here, Rocket Man, Africa, In Your Eyes, We Built This City, and Down Under.
NSP is so much fun. Mansion Party, 6969, Cool Patrol are all really fun options for reactions. And Danny Dont You Know is realy sweet and a fan favorite, I suspect.
The thing I like about the music video for this is that (and this has been stated to be a conscious choice) is how the woman he’s with is more amused by the situation rather than being uncomfortable or off-put, which would give the song a less fun feel.
Oh, this should be good. I love NSP. TWRP (TupperWare Remix Party), their backing band, is also pretty good to groove to. If you want to stay tied to NSP, check out "The Hit" and "No Pants Dance," as both feature NSP. "Starlight Brigade" features Dan Avidan (Danny Sexbang) as vocals, but it's its own song, and not goofy at all. If you're into anime at all, I think you'd enjoy the music video immensely. As for Ninja Sex Party themselves, their entire lineup of music is worth checking out. Though I would, personally, suggest leaving "The Magic Crystal" for one of the last things you do, because it's basically the culmination of everything NSP was worked towards, and it would be a disservice (in my opinion) to do it anywhere else except last.
There's too much good stuff from NSP to suggest just one, listen to the entire discography honestly. I would love to see you react to "The Decision" or "Objects of Desire" and for being a comedy band their cover songs from their "Under the Covers" albums are actually really good, my favorite of their covers are "More Than A Feeling" and, of course, "Africa"
Would love to see you react to more NSP, or the band who did the instrumental on this track, TWRP! Check out Cool Patrol, Dinosaur Laser Fight, or Mansion Party for NSP. For TWRP, check out The Hit, Synthesize Her, or Bright Blue Sky
Thank you so much for taking my suggestion! For me, this was one of the best reactions I've seen from you and I loved it. If you want to continue the NSP train, I would recommend some of their more "serious" content like "Wondering Tonight," "The Mystic Crystal," and perhaps I would go so far as to recommend "I Don't Know What We're Talking About."
i legit played this song the first time i ever brought a girl i was interested in over to my house in high school, and thank the gods it turned out well LMAOO
Love this song. It's just so damn funky on top of being funny. Edit: As others have said, you need to check out "Danny, Don't You Know". It might be NSP's most heartfelt and real song.
You do need to know more about NSP and their history to get a lot of the jokes in their music. That said, without knowing anything about them, you can still get a lot of their jokes...which goes to show their comedic ability but also dedication to their fans.
NSP is an absolute joy to listen to. 100% a comedy band and 100% worth every second you listen to them.
And super cool dudes to see live and meet.
They were so good live! I'd kill to meet my tall skinny Jewish husband in person 🤣
As someone who's listened to every song, this is accurate.
WE GOTTA GET HIM TO WATCH THE MYSTIC CRYSTAL
@@treeross he should see more of their more whacky comedy stuff before the mystic crystal, like I don't what we're talking about, or heart boner

may i ask why?

Yeah like if David Bowie Beastie BOys and Weird Al had a baby. No wait Danny can siiiiiiing.
