Artist Analysis: I enjoyed this piece as it embodies the function of chaos in that the melody is unpredictable, yet there’s an underlying structure with the simple yet consistent beat. Each note is the same length, measured yet keeping the listener in a constant state of anxiety or perhaps even panic. It makes you search for a resolution that never comes, much like life itself! CrazyBus Title Screen Composer: Yeah so, I ran some sounds through a random tone generator…
Your conversation about music outside of context was really interesting to me because I feel almost the opposite: I find it difficult to enjoy music WITHOUT thinking about the meaning, and all of my favorite music that I listen to over and over again are pieces that tell a story to me, and I like to listen to it to bring me on that journey. There are earworms that get stuck in my head because "it's a bop," but it is still very much linked to the part of the emotional journey I feel in that part of the piece, just not moving from that place.
That’s a valid way to listen to these pieces! Maybe take them away and explore them on your own if you really want to but it’s not necessary. Context is really cool
Interesting comment, i do believe that in videogames the context is important for the OST, because in my opinion ofr a ost to goof it needs to fit the context of what's happening, even if the music is really good if it doesn't fit the mood, scene, emotions i don't consider that is a good soundtrack and for me the best example of that is the Marvel 2 soundtrack, the music individually is good but it doesn't fit the game in almost anything and the oppsite also occurs and for me the biggest example is Banjo Kazooie most of the songs don't work individually i will never listen to that but it fits the game perfectly so i will say that the Banjo soundtrack is really good. In my opinion the best soundtracks are the ones that the songs work individually but also contextually, which interestingly gacha games are the ones that are doing that the best, also some other games that i believe fit that is Stellar Blade, most of the Souls games, Nier, Final Fantasy, Persona from 3 to 5.
I feel the same way, that while I can listen to music that is "just music for the sake of music", I find myself more thoroughly enjoying songs that have a story or meaning behind them. Songs like Filter's "Hey Man Nice Shot" having a morbid but fascinating story about Politician Bud Dwyer, or Danzig's "Mother" being about the PMRC trying to censor the music industry itself. Music with an idea behind it holds a deeper spot in my mind
If I don't know the context of a song, I make one up for myself. It's the only way I can like any modern pop. If I can't make up a way to relate to it, even fictional, I can't like it.
@@Cofcos I do the same! Every song I listen to, if I'm actually engaged in active listening, I create a mini-movie in my head of what the story of the song is. Even, and in fact ESPECIALLY, instrumental pieces. Sometimes it's what the actual intended story of the piece is, but often I struggle parse the lyrics of a song and so I get snippets and otherwise the lyrics are like just another instrument, just sounds, and I just read the "vibe" and interpret the story from there. Pop songs tend to be repetitive, so I don't usually like them because the story is just quite boring, the same story beats over and over again until something changes at the end. While with, for example, the Promised Consort, I see in my head the army of Radahn sitting in dejection, when the first murmurs of music at the beginning sound, and they're stirred from their reverie, and then I see the intro cutscene for the boss, and then a montage cutting between shots of the boss fight synced with the music, sizzle shots of Radahn, and the Redmane army gathering themselves back to their dignity and marshalling, hope filling them again. Then for the transition I see the phase transition current cut together with shots of radiant light slowly spreading over the Lands Between, and all the desiccated, ancient, hopeless people see this new light and see some glimmer of hope, and then as the second phase music builds it continues to rouse the weary, huddled masses, and the Redmanes prepare for their Lord to return once more, and we see shots of the glory to come, of Miquella's radiant kindness and love washing over those who have been unloved for so long, and it keeps building and building and at the apex - Miquella and Radahn die, cut down by the Tarnished. And the light recedes, and the people's eyes glaze over with hopelessness/apathy once more.
As a moderator for the channel Marco took the video from, he only does videogames guides so he uploaded the karaoke minigame not the song itself. It was bad luck from Marco's side.
Glad you both touched a bit upon why a lotta folks love Yakuza's karaoke. It's seeing which songs the characters like to sing and how they see themselves when they sing it in their favorite bar. Kiryu gets all emotional and remembers a good time or a good person in his life with Baka Mitai, and Goro Majima with 24 Hour Cinderella... well he just has fantasies of being a pop idol on rollerskates. It's an insight to the personalities of these characters who are supposedly some hardened criminals but have a far more innocent side to them. Not something a lotta crime dramas care to do.
Hot take: Slave Knight Gael's ost is rather generic, and the best part of the track (end of second phase) is almost never heard because it skips to phase 3 too quickly in game
Hearing you describe “Those Who Deny the Dawn” as a “tenor aria” is delightful haha I mean you’re not even *wrong* I just never thought of it like that
This was a treat! I also tend to absorb vocal lines as musical elements instead of as lyrics with meaning, at least at first. I'll come to understand the lyrical meaning later, but first and foremost I look at voices as instruments, in the same way I would listen for a bassline or drum track.
"This is what you are" will always be one of the most touching and human songs I've ever heard. And it's in a game where humanity as we know it has long been gone, full of monsters and oddities, but one where we can feel the soul, the pain, the love and everything else about truly BEING human Great video, as always, Marco. You're doing a great job and thank you!
sins of the father makes me cry with just pure emotion. not any particular one. well, maybe awe? the orchestration behind her voice. . . THE EMOTION AND THE DRIVE IN HER VOICE. THE WAY THE VOCALIST SOUNDS DETERMINED AND AS IF SHE'S IN ANGUISH AT THE SAME TIME. its a stunning piece. 'words that kill' hits hard as a lyric considering the story of the game.
Love this vid Marco! just a little info, Urqopacha Day (Windswept Echoes) was composed and arranged by Saya Yasaki, who also arranged the Myths of the Realm non-boss raid themes :)

"This is what you are" one of a masterpiece, thank you Marco for sharing it to other people. i like that the song and the trailer perfectly synced to the end.
Marco, you've definitely listened to the new version of "This Is What We Are" that plays during the Lotus Eaters quest, right? It brought me TO TEARS. I really, really, REALLY want them to release a full version of that one! The vocals are always sublime!
I love these videos, love hearing professional talk about what they know but i was wondering if you ever considered showing these composer/singers/producers who i assume are more familiar with western compositions, eastern compositions like demon of hatred from Sekiro or something along those lines.
I think Warframe does actually have quite a lot of story before you get to the second dream, but game players are so conditioned to think of story as plot that it gets missed here. You spend 40 hours learning about what the solar system is now, who the other people in it are and hints at the mysteries of this system in much the same way you would get it from dark souls, by thinking about what's being presented to you. The Second Dream is when you go from learning about the solar system to learning about the deeper parts of that system, and it is a drastic shift but also works because you spent all that time doing missions and seeing what was out there.
Absolutely agree. Hell, even when the story is directly presented some people skip right past it if isn’t in the form of a cutscene. I’ve had friends who played games, enjoyed the game, then when talking to them about it they say something like “the game was fun but the story sucked”. Then you start asking questions to probe that statement further and you realize the only bits of the story that they paid attention to was the stuff presented in cutscenes, ignoring any dialogue or anything else. Now, I think it’s fine if you want to play a game that way, but it kinda renders your view on the story moot if you ignored and skipped past 95% of the story content presented to you😂 That said, I think there will always be people like that with any kinda of storytelling medium. They don’t think any deeper than surface level, they don’t pay attention to the details etc, if it isn’t shoved directly in their face in the most blatant way, or spelled out explicitly, then they won’t get it.
He perfectly describes how I feel about Fromsoft music, glad to know I am not the only one. I do like metal remixes of them though, maybe the remixers just add that personal touch that I felt was missing.
I wasn't expecting a SMT V ad, but it was super on point. SMT V soundtrack is sooo good. I would never imagine the main theme of the game is actually the credits track. (Still have to check the Vengeance tracks)

"Dream.....not of what you are....but of what you want to be" This game also helped me go through hell. It will always have a special place is my heart. This quest especially was a moment I'll never forget.
As a warframe veteran, it makes me so happy to see how much This is What You Are has affected you like it has so many others. It always wets my eyes when I hear that track. If you're ever looking for some help in the game, I'm always happy to assist a fellow Tenno! Great vid as always!
Never say sorry for playing yakuza. I’ve never played yakuza but I love seeing it wherever it shows up. Also, it was nice hearing what Kevin had to say about yakuza. He brought up a good point that I never really thought about before, and that was how music in-game (the way Yakuza did it) shows how music is involved in the characters life. I think it humanizes these characters and increases immersion. Great video and phenomenal guest!
I really enjoyed having Kevin on this episode. I thought he did really good talking about technical aspects of the songs and what they mean. I would enjoy seeing Kevin again in future videos. Also, I enjoyed how he mentioned he is motivated to create music. I think that's what good art is. It should inspire something within someone to do great things.
@@jonnygarcia5 Of course, Goddess of victory, the game's anthem, is powerful. Marco even made a video on it. The harvester's theme song i feel is also similar to Moving Fortress. It also depends on what vibes you're looking for. Colorless is angsty. Why does the world feel lifeless and empty, and will it stay like that when you grow up? Lucky Night is a bop, casino vibes.
The original recording of the Metallica S&M live album with the SF Symphony is still one of my favourites. I have the record set and I still listen to it often. Imagine that for Guilty Gear
I love how he could guess so closely even the scene that the music was made for, and love his analysis specially when he currently pointed out that the off balance feel was because of the 7/8 rhythm of Archange. Really would love to see what he has to say about Zero, Daredevil and Unsung War. Honestly if I made music and wanted somebody to critique it so I can make it better, it would be this guy.
This guy needs to listen to the Portal 2 soundtrack if he appreciates the Crazy Bus theme. It takes that idea of discordant avant garde chip tune and does something absolutely spectacular with it. Try "Science Is Fun" or "Reconstructing More Science". I see you've also reacted to Cara Mia Addio, the games sort of parody of Italian opera, but you listened to it out of context...and the context is so important for it. The game is primarily a comedy. The song is sung by the games common enemy type which are deliberately cute little AI controlled machine gun turrets. They are adorable death machines. In the plot of the game you've been trying to escape a facility controlled by an insane AI that is trying to kill you, often with these turrets. At the end of the game after deciding you are too hard to kill the AI lets you leave and the turrets are ordered to no longer shoot at you. The very end of the game is you getting stuck in a lift as it opens onto a room full of these turrets...but rather than shoot you, they start to sing. You laughed at it, finding it funny that this archaic style of Opera was in a video game...but I don't think you understood that that was exactly what they were going for. It's written by AI turrets that are just becoming self aware. In your reaction you referred to a book you used to learn how to sing Italian opera, and how it reminded you of a Carra Mio Belle. I don't think you realise you hit the nail on the head....that is exactly the intent...the AI is learning how to sing and write music so they've written a song about you, the player, who inspired them and it's in the style of Italian opera for beginners. That's the joke. A 16th century Italian Opera joke in a sci-fi video game. I couldn't give a better example of the brilliance of the soundtrack. It's a masterpiece.
Would love to see more of Kevin, especially if you show him some Ultrakill songs and classics like songs from Knights of the Old Republic 2, but overall Kevin has deffo been the most interesting for someone (me) who has no "in" to the Opera or Classical music world.
I would absolutely love for you to react to the EPIC concept musical. Do like an episode for each saga, as each one is it tells the story of the Odyssey. It is a very emotional and musically interesting musical. I'd love to see your opinions and musical analysis of each saga!
Right. First of all I would like to see Kevin appearing again on your channel. Second to that, I feel like there was some spiritual journey I was going through in this video. Thank you so, so much!
The Swedish Royal Opera had the Death Metal band Entomed playing their album Unreal Estate. Not the style you mentioned, but growly and chainsaw shreddy.
They also played Chief Rebel Angel with the Stockholm Royal Ballet for the swedish grammys, there's still a video of it up on youtube. The visual of the ballet dancers while they play the song is really cool
Going to the Met Opera house watching the Il Trovatore made me love Opera in my early 20’s and I also love video games. Marco! The gamers would buy tickets to a video game opera music event the fans are out there and we will support. You should perhaps try a small budget with a small group and market it via your channel and see how it goes from there. Your colleagues will take note
his reaction to Those who deny the dawn pretty much says it all about the masterfully crafted work of Yasunori Nishiki - glad to see more Octopath Traveler and I think it would be great to continue showcasing it in these videos :)
Considering all the talk about lyrics and context I think it would be interesting for you to take a look at splatoon's music. Somehow music where I don't speak the language hits me even harder and splatoon's literal nonsense still hits me in the feels with calamari inkantation or fly octo fly. I do acknowledge it might be the gameplay memory association though.
35:35 I absolutely adore how interwoven into Final Fantasy's music the Prelude is. Kevin's reaction is what I feel like everyone's reaction is to catching the prelude in modern FF tracks. It's this "Oh Nobuo you little scamp" kind of reaction, I love it
one of my favourite things about Archange is how much gravitas the song carries. in context, not only is he the best pilot to have ever lived, but the fight decides whose idealogy survives, and mihaly's was dangerous and old.
Damn, I’ve wanted to see you react to SMT music for ages but didn’t expect to see an ad for it. Hopefully you’ll have the chance to share you’re thoughts on the music sometime soon.
Okay: I have to indulge in a moment of professional jealousy considering that you, out of practice, can still hit a Bb whereas I, actively in choir, struggle above middle C. (And, I mean, yes, I have the low E, in the sense that I can phonate on it, but I don't have any volume, so it's not like I'll ever get to play Sarastro or something.) It's all luck of the draw at the end of the day, but let's just say that I think you hit the jackpot in the way I didn't. =)
@MarcoMeatball I'm officially a bass, but we're supposed to be clear up to the E4, and for me, no way. And in the meanwhile I don't have any meaningful low range to speak of.
Always will love these videos and you know I had to bump the volume for "those who deny the dawn". Such a great piece with phenomenal energy. Also on a side point Marco, have you looked into Cytus at all? Its a rhythm game and it's chapter L composed by ICE feels like a full performance piece. There are no visuals just images/a name tied to each track but you can just imagine the entire plot off the music alone. Theres a nearly hour long video of the full chapter and it's always felt like a modern classical piece. Definitely recommend giving that video a listen!
I was not expecting a deep chat about the crazy bus thing, the interesting thing is that he is actually right, is something that makes you feel something, just as a tv show, or game or anything
It’s probably intentional cuz imagine how crazy the lore community would go.. they would obsess over lyrics & implications 😅😅 We already super analyze item descriptions, word design, architecture, statues, etc!
I know we all have our favorite songs that we really want to see in a video but I've pretty much scrolled through every one looking for the theme from Dry Dry Docks.
I've been kind of binge watching your reaction vids, and I really like how you break down the music. I have been a little surprised (or maybe not, if they aren't a game you like to play) about music you haven't reacted to. Final Fantasy X was heavily music driven (and I think you did react to the Zanarkand theme), as was Journey. And I'm really surprised you haven't reacted to the Skyrim theme. But it is possible you have, and I just missed them. I always think it's so wild how certain songs in video games can amp up the anxiety, or make you want to stay in a particular zone because of the music.
I love these, spreading music outside of their usual environment is neat. Reading some comments, I also got some music, which is a bit more niche or often overlooked in music quizzes (coz you do those sometimes) and would probably fit here. Those being things like the Prontera Theme (Dawn in the Big City, i believe?) or "Not So Far Away" from Ragnarok Online, and "War Will Come", "Our Perception of Beauty" and "The Cold Science of Supremacy" by Jeff Kurtenacker from Wildstar. Also Into The Unknown from Wildstar. Though that one being emotional might be the context of the game being gone xD
Made me happy to see This is What You Are included in this. always makes me feel stuff when I hear it. Also, if he licked the opera metal from Octopath, show him the band Orden Ogan! not operatic metal, but still some very powerful vocals. got aspects of symphony and such in their music

Probably my fav reaction so far. So many insightful views and points, with aspects people usually didnt noticed. Great video, Marco
Glad you enjoyed!
If you do "Baka Mitai" again, and you should, find a version without the minigame drum sounds. It's actually a killer pop song!
I agree, it is annoying
As a moderator for the channel Marco took the video from, he only does videogames guides so he uploaded the karaoke minigame not the song itself. It was bad luck from Marco's side.
Need Every Baka mitai karaoke reaction
That or the sequel to Baka Mitai, Baka Darou
Glad you both touched a bit upon why a lotta folks love Yakuza's karaoke. It's seeing which songs the characters like to sing and how they see themselves when they sing it in their favorite bar. Kiryu gets all emotional and remembers a good time or a good person in his life with Baka Mitai, and Goro Majima with 24 Hour Cinderella... well he just has fantasies of being a pop idol on rollerskates. It's an insight to the personalities of these characters who are supposedly some hardened criminals but have a far more innocent side to them. Not something a lotta crime dramas care to do.
"Promised Consort" is the new "Slave Knight Gael" for me, glad to see it getting its deserved love
Hot take: Slave Knight Gael's ost is rather generic, and the best part of the track (end of second phase) is almost never heard because it skips to phase 3 too quickly in game
Hearing you describe “Those Who Deny the Dawn” as a “tenor aria” is delightful haha
I mean you’re not even *wrong* I just never thought of it like that
This was a treat!
And it's in a game where humanity as we know it has long been gone, full of monsters and oddities, but one where we can feel the soul, the pain, the love and everything else about truly BEING human
Great video, as always, Marco.
Oh my gosh. Thank you for telling me. Shoot.
Wow Marco, this is the craziest coincidence but you got me absolutely HOOKED on Ace Combat music a long time ago, especially Archange and when i was listening to the segment in this video i was finally like "okay i HAVE to get this game and experience the moment this song comes in" and i checked Steam and AC7 is actually on sale for 90% off right now lol.
😂😂
Super worth it. If you can emulate the PS2 games, I'd also highly recommend them.
It was such a treat to catch this live and watch it all the way through! Thanks Kevin, what an amazing guest!
"This is what you are" one of a masterpiece, thank you Marco for sharing it to other people.
i like that the song and the trailer perfectly synced to the end.
Never stop sharing Ace music brotha!
when the skies start speaking latin...
Marco, you've definitely listened to the new version of "This Is What We Are" that plays during the Lotus Eaters quest, right? It brought me TO TEARS. I really, really, REALLY want them to release a full version of that one! The vocals are always sublime!
Oh ya
I love these videos, love hearing professional talk about what they know but i was wondering if you ever considered showing these composer/singers/producers who i assume are more familiar with western compositions, eastern compositions like demon of hatred from Sekiro or something along those lines.
Definitely will add more in three episodes
@@MarcoMeatballwasn’t expecting a reply, hell yea looking forward to it.
"I want to be the person making it." This is the best response. That's amazing. I hope we can see Kevin Ray in the credits of a game someday.
Great point
Absolutely agree. Hell, even when the story is directly presented some people skip right past it if isn’t in the form of a cutscene. I’ve had friends who played games, enjoyed the game, then when talking to them about it they say something like “the game was fun but the story sucked”. Then you start asking questions to probe that statement further and you realize the only bits of the story that they paid attention to was the stuff presented in cutscenes, ignoring any dialogue or anything else. Now, I think it’s fine if you want to play a game that way, but it kinda renders your view on the story moot if you ignored and skipped past 95% of the story content presented to you😂
That said, I think there will always be people like that with any kinda of storytelling medium. They don’t think any deeper than surface level, they don’t pay attention to the details etc, if it isn’t shoved directly in their face in the most blatant way, or spelled out explicitly, then they won’t get it.
Your guest mentioned doing some singing for gaming music. There are a ton of great indy projects that he could get into.
The Vengeance tracks are so good! they're generally heavier and more electronic than the Canon of Creation tracks.
Add on that Metaphor is about to release and its music is as good if not better.
Love these vids. Don't feel bad about wanting to share the same songs all the time, if I could I would share Gherman, The First Hunter to every guest without fail.
Thanks I appreciate that. I just love every individual conversation.
Thanks Marco! Love these interviews!
Baka Mitai sung by Kazuma Kiryu via Takaya Kuroda a waste of time?! HERESY!!!
I liked Sins of the Father, Crazy Bus theme and Ups and Downs being in here.
It’s also funny how it plays in the game, the car ride was so awkward when this music played
"Dream.....not of what you are....but of what you want to be"
This game also helped me go through hell. It will always have a special place is my heart.
This quest especially was a moment I'll never forget.
When I saw tenor, I instantly hoped that Those Who Deny The Dawn would be in the video, I'm so happy that it actually became true!
Seems like Kevin needs to play some Yakuza games! Look at that smile immediately! 😊
You should let him try Alicorn mate, he gets the idea, the music will make the game more and more …. SALVATION!
We need more nikke music. That game has such great music. The new year's event theme with Scarlet was very nice, very emotional.
I've really only heard The Moving Fortress, which I like a lot. Are there other themes that sound intense and powerful as that one??
@@jonnygarcia5plenty of them mate
@@jonnygarcia5 Of course, Goddess of victory, the game's anthem, is powerful. Marco even made a video on it. The harvester's theme song i feel is also similar to Moving Fortress. It also depends on what vibes you're looking for. Colorless is angsty. Why does the world feel lifeless and empty, and will it stay like that when you grow up? Lucky Night is a bop, casino vibes.
Watching this on audio only is a trip. You both sound so similar.
Also, rival or not, gotta convert him into playing Warframe.
If you don't pay attention it's so easy to hear what seems to be Marco talking to himself, lol
thats tripping, they sound exactly the same !!!!
The original recording of the Metallica S&M live album with the SF Symphony is still one of my favourites. I have the record set and I still listen to it often. Imagine that for Guilty Gear
Consort Radahn is so epic and fitting ost to that fight. Really dug the Yakuza karaoke song makes me want to try that game out!
Oh you should. Yakuza kiwami or 0 are a delight
Yessss the Octopath representation is nourishment for my soul, more, MORE MUST KNOW!
Ohhohoho nothing could make me prouder than a singer hearing VGM and desiring to actually be a part of it. Wish him luck on that
I wish you'd share Arknights stuff in these more often, given how amazingly diverse the soundtrack is
Would love to see more of Kevin, especially if you show him some Ultrakill songs and classics like songs from Knights of the Old Republic 2, but overall Kevin has deffo been the most interesting for someone (me) who has no "in" to the Opera or Classical music world.
I love this dude. I don't know anything about him, but i feel kinship of some kind.
He was a great guest! I would really like to see him on here again! :D
I’m trying slowly!
Excellent video. Thanks for making it.
Glad you liked it!
his reaction to Those who deny the dawn pretty much says it all about the masterfully crafted work of Yasunori Nishiki - glad to see more Octopath Traveler and I think it would be great to continue showcasing it in these videos :)
This was an incredible guest, i loved learning about the musical technique and language he gleaned with no other context
Love these videos they're nice to listen to while working, and what a lovely guest :)
35:35 I absolutely adore how interwoven into Final Fantasy's music the Prelude is. Kevin's reaction is what I feel like everyone's reaction is to catching the prelude in modern FF tracks. It's this "Oh Nobuo you little scamp" kind of reaction, I love it
Every time i hear "This is what you are" from Warframe it somehow gets better and better.
This Is What You Are has helped me get back on my feet more than once.
one of my favourite things about Archange is how much gravitas the song carries. in context, not only is he the best pilot to have ever lived, but the fight decides whose idealogy survives, and mihaly's was dangerous and old.
29:59 Big man is feeling it in his SOUL!! Love it
Damn, I’ve wanted to see you react to SMT music for ages but didn’t expect to see an ad for it. Hopefully you’ll have the chance to share you’re thoughts on the music sometime soon.
opening the video with Sins of the Father was the best thing you couldve done, such a fucking good song that makes Donna Burke truly shine.
Damnnn, just looking at the bookmarks that's a GOOD lineup, this is gonna be such a good vid
Let's gooo another non gamer video, haha that tunnel run was nuts. Loved watching you fly through it.
Wasn’t it crazy?! 🙏🙏
@@MarcoMeatball 100% gives you the chills once you make it
Okay: I have to indulge in a moment of professional jealousy considering that you, out of practice, can still hit a Bb whereas I, actively in choir, struggle above middle C. =)
🙏🙏🙏 yea but my Bb is sounding ragged these days 😂 but I appreciate this! Haha. Also are you a bass? Or a tenor 😂
@MarcoMeatball I'm officially a bass, but we're supposed to be clear up to the E4, and for me, no way. And in the meanwhile I don't have any meaningful low range to speak of.
I can't take the sins of the father seriously anymore because of the meme 😂
Always will love these videos and you know I had to bump the volume for "those who deny the dawn". Such a great piece with phenomenal energy.
Also on a side point Marco, have you looked into Cytus at all? Its a rhythm game and it's chapter L composed by ICE feels like a full performance piece. There are no visuals just images/a name tied to each track but you can just imagine the entire plot off the music alone. Theres a nearly hour long video of the full chapter and it's always felt like a modern classical piece. Definitely recommend giving that video a listen!
Definitely love Cytus!
Urqopacha gives huge Chrono Cross vibes.
Such a great guest. You have to have him back and show him everything
I was not expecting a deep chat about the crazy bus thing, the interesting thing is that he is actually right, is something that makes you feel something, just as a tv show, or game or anything
Yeah the Crazy Bus title screen is making me reconsider my life choices. I could have launched myself off the balcony instead of hearing it.
its unfortunate that most elden ring soundtracks with vocals are in faux-latin/made up language, either way they go so hard
It’s probably intentional cuz imagine how crazy the lore community would go.. they would obsess over lyrics & implications 😅😅
We already super analyze item descriptions, word design, architecture, statues, etc!
I know we all have our favorite songs that we really want to see in a video but I've pretty much scrolled through every one looking for the theme from Dry Dry Docks.
SM64 is GOATed. That’s my era.
Those are all on the channel sort of! Journey especially! It’s one of my favs!
i really love kevin stinky face like a metal fan, but for game songs!
I really love how this guy talks about music. He has so much nuance.
Great video!
The promised consort's 2nd phase reminds me of wedding church bells, which ties in really nicely with marriage of the godly (M) and the Other™ (omen, sorcery, beasts, etc).
Am I the only who hears "song of radiant hills" and "city of comerce" from nier replicant when hearing the urqopacha theme?
