Hi azmeerara! I used Rich's non-dairy whipped cream + 1/2 cup of sugar If you can't find Rich's non-dairy cream (usually found in Kosher stores) , you can make marshmallow icing or swiss meringue instead, it will create the same silky-glossy cream look. Here's a good recipe for marshmallow icing: Ingredients: 3 egg-whites 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tbsp. of Marshmallow Fluff Note: Raw eggs should not be used in food prepared for pregnant women, babies, young children, the elderly, or anyone whose health is compromised. Directions: 1. Fill medium saucepan 1/4 full with water. Set the saucepan over medium heat, and bring water to a simmer. 2. Combine egg whites and sugar in a heatproof bowl, and place over saucepan. Whisk constantly until sugar is dissolved (3 to 3 1/2 minutes). 3. Transfer the mixture to electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add 2 tbsp. of Marshmallow Fluff and whip, starting on low speed, gradually increasing to high until stiff, glossy peaks form, about 10 minutes. Scoop into an icing bag and pipe decoratively onto cupcakes.
+Love2bake thankyou sis. Oh i wnt ask you about the "chocolate ganache". If i dnt have a heavy cream/whippingcream cnt i just use a fresh milk? Is like, dark chocolate + fresh milk. Cnt? I'm sorry if my English is so bad 😢 i hope you can understand wht i try to tell you 😊
