I fixed this for another flipper. I'll let him decide on the oil change. But if it were mine to sell most definitely.

That gas might be bad especially if it's the ethanol gas ⛽

I took it on a 2 mile ride after fixing just to make sure all was good and old gas didn't come to bite me.
