- I'm currently in the US and I decided to record a bit of my Breyer shopping experience with you all! Editing this video was a pain in the butt, but I still somehow managed to edit it on my phone and get it out.

Hope you have recovered from your jet lag. Congrats on your finds. I rarely find Breyer’s at the antique malls & flea markets here in Kentucky & when I do they are as common as dirt & look like they have bern used as a dog’s chew toy.
I commented on your collection tour video & mentioned that I have over 800 models all displayed in my small apartment & you responded that you’d like to see that. I live just a few minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park so since you are coming to BreyerFest perhaps we could arrange a visit. I will be at the Clarion Hotel doing room sales in room 312 so stop in since I would love to meet you.

If you get the chance to try Amish food, do it. They legit make baked goods you wouldn't believe.
If you've never had funnel cake, be sure to try that too. Powdered sugar on top :B

SO MANY!! I went antique Breyer shopping a couple times and I could hardly find any! The one time I didn’t find any, found a set of 5 models plus a vintage stablemate for a good price. Decent condition too.

Antique stores always seems to be hit or miss if they have breyers or not. It also depends upon how much people end up pricing them too. I've seen breyers that are scratched up or even painted on and they want $50 or more.

Lancaster is little more than 30 minutes from where I am at. If you need more hobby friends I'm always up for making new friends! I don't have many hobby friends. Also congrats on being able to go to breyerfest! I've been trying for the past 2 years but we all know that didn't happen and now I can't go. 😢 PS Watch out for the buggies on the road. 🤣 Have fun while you are here.

Denise, I went to that store it is called Mad Hatter if I'm not mistaken but I got a very pretty dalmatian Breyer they were pretty expensive but they use to be at another store called Black Horse or something and they closed down which was sad cause they had a lot of Breyers and i believe they moved they I have gone pretty much all the places around there.
I *WISH* I could find places like this near me! Most antique stores in my area will maybe have a handful if I'm lucky, but never rows and rows of them!

You're so lucky to find actual Breyers! On a recent road trip, I only found two fake Breyer foals 😭
this is so interesting!! i wish it was like that here, in my country breyers are barely a thing and they are extremely rare and extremely expensive. i have been wanting to start collecting them since forever but cant seem to find one without having to sell my kidney LMAO

@@DenisWisestorm nope, im from south america! argentina specifically. for certain laws and government things is almost impossible to have dollars (or any other currency that is not our argentine peso)without mentioning the insane amount of taxes, so the chance of buying in amazon is impossible and breyers are not a thing here. third world country things 💀
@@abrilr.9110 You should look at Schliech! Basically small breyers. Very nice quality and realistic. Pretty popular. I have hundreds of them.

Jet lag is the worst. I moved to the US from Australia, which is also seven hours ahead. The jet lag wiped me out for two weeks.
