I live right around the corner from the RAI. Was admitted in the 80s with suspected appendicitis and my great gran was in the nursing home late 80s until she passed in 1991. It was a really beautiful building inside and out. Around 8 years ago, some of my paranormal friends and I did a couple of night investigations there. Got some experiences, including a force holding me back from one particular area (the square tower where a water tank was), definitely haunted. The building was in a better state than what it is now. One of my friends lost a walkie talkie in the basement! It’s heartbreaking to see it fall to pieces 💔😢. The front part was converted into flats but the rest has been left for nearly 30 years. There is now a plan been submitted to the local council to turn the rest of the building into apartments but it remains to be seen.
I thought that Lisa had the best line with calling you a gazelle. Then you started Quoting Adam Mark. 😂😂 But this was a great video. I'd spend the night there. Maybe in the chapel. Or the room with the balcony. Love you and Lisa together. Y'all are so cute. Ready for more. And have a good weekend.
Cheers Dale and Lisa from America!!! You guys make the absolutely best explore videos ❤! Luv your sense of humor. Most definitely Silent Hill vibes. Good video. I am glad they are doing something with the place. To many of theses places lie empty when they could be turned in to houses and apartments
That tall wainscotting woodwork is just glorious! I'm one for a good paint peel as well Lisa it can be both sad and beautiful It was really nice having your commentary behind the camera like when Dale was bounding off LOL
@@escapade_z There was always stories of a lady in a long white dress in the chapel. Many claimed to have seen her and heard footsteps overnight. Nightshift terrifying young students was a favourite pastime. But no one would venture up those stairs and would only travel in pairs overnight.
