This story begins around 1500s-1600s This story tell about Ugly guy (So Jimin didn't say that Jimin himself is ugly, they're singer in the view of this guy) that hides from people in his dilapidated cottage alone, because his appearance makes him get hatred and violent, so he grew up without opening his mind. This is a story about a man who lived in a castle and was alone because he thought he was ugly. Once a woman went to his castle and gathered his flowers. At first he was angry, but in the end he became curious, and he began to wait for her. He found out that she actually sold these flowers in order to earn a living. A man fell in love, but he didn’t want to show himself because he was too ugly (line: "you know that i can't show you me give you me / You know that I can’t show you myself, give you myself).
Therefore, the man decided to plant a flower that did not exist on the planet, so she could sell these flowers at the most expensive price. In the end, he managed to fill his garden with them, but the woman stopped coming. Then he found out that she was dead. So there’s a line in the song “and I still want you / but I still want to (see) you ...”. I think she speaks for herself.
Hence the name of the song - "The Untold Truth", that is, the man did not have time to tell the woman about his feelings ... This song is too sad.

I read somewhere that the basis of this song is an old legend or fairy tale.
