Much better video. Shifts the attention on you as a 'personal problem' song to a satirical take on the way the industry has changed. I'm sure it was written with both intentions, but with the first vid i saw the 'You' side of it more. Both were good, i prefer this one for sure though. I'll always be a fan and peep your shit. You damn straight we believe in you. Your music brought me back to hip hop. To me music is a was of expression. I find it hard to express how I feel in ford so I do it through music and dance. I can't make music so I use others music. the music I listen to expresses how I feel. I loved hip hop more then any other music and I started giving up on it. As a 38 year old married with 2 kids (girls) I was done with hip hop and the state it is in. I couldn't find anything that I could relate to or really feel like the hip hop of the early 90s to early 2000s. I just gave up on hip hop and and music in general. Then One day at work I happen to hear Only Say It Cause It's True. Somebody had Spotify on and it came on. I demanded to know who mad this song. When I found out I went and got Classified. I listen to it over and over again for about 4 weeks. I then went and got your whole back catalog (thank you amazon music). Then when Greatful came out I garbed that up. I am glad I found you and your music. It speaks to me on different level. I call it music for grown ups. Thank you.

I think it's an awesome song and looks like you all had a great time making an interesting video! To me it says that everyone, even the obsolete or outdated, just needs to be strong through horrible shit and look around and no matter what you will find a place of importance. CDs were already out by 2012. iPods and mp3s ruled since early mid 2000s. This is how I remember it at least. CDs died out early 2000s. I remember when I was 15(2005-2006) I was the only guy rocking a Sony walk man to listen to bealtes albums. I had a bunch of sandiscs and irivers and other cheap mp3s players and for the next few years I was mainly a Microsoft zune guy. I went through 3 of them. I remember during my first semester of college I broke my zune and was using a Sony walk man tape player I bought from the re-use center for just a few bucks. I listened to Boston (first album) over and over and over again. The sound was so thick and eargasmic. You really can't beat the convenience of music on your phone these days though. I just wish people weren't in constant need of cell phone derived stimulation. People need to moderate the use of their cell phones.
