Nice restaurants, the food looks delicious. I think the D47 Shokudo Café and Shop sounds wonderful to try, since it features a changing regional menu by prefecture. I'd love to visit Japan, but I would want to spend part of the trip in a major city and the other part of the trip in a more rural area, possibly.
Wish I saw this sooner. I was in Japan in January, for Shibuya we only went to PARCO for the pokemon and nintendo store- did not eat here. But its okay, Im starting to plan for early 2025 so I can experience the Strawberry festival
I wish we had a restaurant kinda like d47 to taste diffrent styles foods from diffrent states in the USA. I eat a fried egg sandwich everyday,,,,did u know eggs are gassy for some people 😂 Iv never had actual beef tounge but I love the flavor....iv had the beef tounge umibo 😂

Definitely if you can, plan a road trip to the more rural areas. I love renting a car and driving in the countryside!

I've been doing it for maybe 20 years now and have never gotten sick from it. Eggs in Australia and Japan are fine
