Peoples National Referendum and DPD

We the People of the United States need a Peoples (Citizens) National Referendum Process added to a much refined Constitution. We need Direct Participatory Democracy so each citizen has a right to vote on law and appropriation.
The Federal Reserve Act is an unconstitutional private monopoly over our monetary system, that is why we are in debt and we have a nobility class of people worth billions of dollars making the privileged elite a class of monetary God's compared to the working class. The US government has lowered itself to nothing more than a middle man between billionaire lords and the rest of us:
Article 1 Section 8 (powers of Congress), Clause 3: To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes; Clause 5: To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures; Section 9(powers denied Congress), Clause 8: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
