The logic and purpose is to go at normal cycling speed of 15 to 25 km / hr for short distances like 1 to 5 km without pedalling

And a new rear hub -- the axle is bent on this one, and the bearing cups and cones are probably completely f*cked. 7:00 and onward a few seconds to see.

This electric bike would be more stable and safer if two batteries of equal weights are installed on two sides of the rear wheel axial. Lower to the ground battery installation results in lower center-of- gravity and contributes in stability. Also, dry cell battery should be used for safety, rather than using acid battery (in case of accident and acid leak).

Have you EVER been on regular ten- sixteen speed bike and blow a front tire??!! That is an experience imagine it at 45-60 kph. Good luck on that one! Also try and quick stop that bike!

1. How often do you have to change brakes coz you didn't change the braking system.
2. How long is the braking distance from 40-50-60kmph?

Nice work, congrats💐. But what about safety? Powerful brakes are very important for speed. Tyre stability, anti skid tyre size must be given importance. Otherwise chances of accident are more. So study that and make improvements. Helmet is also necessary for such cycles.

I believe the fatigue life of some parts like chain, ball bearing, tyre will be affected considerably because they are not designed for speed of 60 kmh. Also the way you connected the brackets ( by weld) I am not sure will stay longer and I expect a failure in the welds you made...
But overall you are a so creative person, continue....
Also don’t forget helmet, you may need motorcycle helmet because bike helmets are not designed for 60kmh....

Real issue is fittings & it's parts, bicycle have its range, due to vibration on a long way they may be loose and leads to accident

I have read all comment and they all are Right in there concept but the thing is that Cycle Infrastructure must heavy as well brake and steering control equipment must be there ,Otherwise without any opposition only when it's brake at 60 speed many damages are there and the first one thing is Break System is important .As well Cycle Chassis must be heavy calculate with Battery weight. Date-7-2-2021 Time-12-52 PM.
So much mechanism..we need both(pedal and motor ) because if electrical problems occured atleast we reach to garage...
