Fun fact:
The reason why peppers have so many seeds is because each individual seed has a very low chance of surviving and developing into a mature plant. To compensate most pepper varieties have evolved to produce a ton of seeds.
@Windows 10 I’m talking about the evolutionary reason for why they have so many. Obviously if cared for by humans, most seeds have a good chance of survival. But the reason why an organism evolves to have lost of seeds or offspring as to do with fecundity, which is the percent chance that an offspring will live to adulthood. For prey animals this is quite low which is why things like mice and rabbits reproduce so much. Peppers operate under much the same principle.
Wrong, they don't have a lot of seeds compared to a considerable amount of other plants. They have less than 100 seeds per fruit so thats low volume.
Man i am lucky i literally took 6 seeds from a red chilli and they all are growing rn

@@muhammadaquib8022 germination is easy, get your seeds from shop brought chilli and put them on a paper towel, make it wet and put into a small plastic bag and tie a knot. place somewhere warm, check in a week each and see the root forming, after that the seeds will be ready to put into soil, good luck👍🏽✌🏽

Time lapse never made as video. They are photos. Can be 1 photo each 10 minutes for example.
Growing chili’s under a led light but for some reason my veg is coming out not good within day 14 it’ll have 3 or 4 leaves but they’re short it’s almost like the plant isn’t growing right or is stunted

You can do it with no soil thought

@@meloneyhenderson4669 Place a seed on a damp paper towel (or between two damp paper towels). Will sprout very fast. Then you can use hydroponics to grow without soil. Otherwise any soil works good. I found out I have the most success with soil for flowers.
