When engaging enemy ASFs with 2 fighters, I wonder if it could increase your odds if you split your ASFs up; like have one go left, the other right and then have them converge on the enemy target to shower them with missiles from both sides. In real life, I think that would make evading AAMs harder for the enemy, but I don't know if it makes any difference in Wargame.

I know it was 8 years ago, but I haven't played this game in forever. You're a good teammate. On a different scale map you can mix fixed wing and rotary aircraft; sometimes fixed wing + other niche if you're not stuck picking aircraft deck specialty but damn.
games like this are always fun tbh, it feels odd not having any pushing force on the ground for the most part but microing the air for your team takes a huge load off them and is a great way to usually get a massive amount of points without many losses which is what you need atleast for destruction
@Erik: I can't use the F14 on a map like this. That plane is in the Naval category and this map doesn't have naval, so I can't bring it in.
+Stealth17 Gaming what do you mean can't bring the high cost airplanes? I run a deck with only those higher costing aircraft I have no problems calling out those aircraft.
I was referring to the F-14, not high cost planes in general.

Surprised you didn't back up the 15C's with with 16 Blocks. They're not as good as the Eagles, but they are cheaper, come as vets, and pack AMRAAMs
I've seen A LOT of your movies and learned a lot, but I've also noticed one thing. You're not too big a fan of the F-117, are you? When playing US/NORAD decks I quite often get them as early as possible, because they can destroy large groups of advancing units, except for tanks. Since the enemy most of the time doesn't see it coming, it can more or less stop an entire redfor advance.
Plus I really, REALLY hate the Aardwark. Useless AA bait ;)
Those Cobras went to work at the end, they were even the cheap ones! I wish I got that kind of luck...

may just be me but I don't see the point in the super expensive fighter for bluefor as they have the same missiles as slightly cheaper planes but you get less of them
+Austin Hale They have slightly higher ECM and they are elite. That's the reason I went with 2 elite Eagles
+Stealth17 Gaming it is all about the numbers and stats the higher stats means the more likely hood of a victory.
that is why I only use the most expensive aircraft in the game while playing as the USA airborne and still beat other player with 3 or four times as many aircraft.

I'm still pretty slow at micromanaging in this game, especially in PVP. Logistics and recon are my problems. Would you say that running airborne support like this in 10v10 is a good way to learn map reading and at least some decent micromanaging?
+MrCorvusC Yes you can do airborne support first in the way that I did. Pay close attention to your planes dropping flares to spot anti air positions.

This may be a stupid question but why two dif sead planes?
It was because even though a EF-111 Raven has 60% ECM (highest in the game I believe) that doesn't mean it's invulnerable. Because Stealth was not necessarily in direct ( ground on ground ) combat but rather an airborne support role, he needed the redundancy capabilities to allow his other aircraft to operate. Also SEAD runs are an essential form of points for airborne decks in a supporting role and if his Raven or Prowler gets downed he can still generate those points.
