Surviving the Arctic winter in the back of a van

- The time has come to leave Norway and to head over to Sweden in the camper van, in search of extreme cold temperatures during the Arctic winter. And joining me again today is @MispronouncedAdventures
On the way there I was blessed by Mother Nature with the most amazing sight, and one I will never forget!
Following that, we headed to the town of Kiruna, and found a van life park up for the night. I then explored the Ice hotel before heading deep into the Arctic wilderness. It was an incredible night where we trekked across a frozen lake!
There were some worrying sounds coming from the forest, and some thick snow made an appearance to top it all off. What an incredible part of this Arctic van life road trip!

Another worthy example of quality video making. The wife just came in and caught me watching, she said "not another van video", I rebuked her with: "this is not just another van video, this is 'our man' Adz on tour representing our home town with amazing footage from a dream journey", she smiled with a gentle air of understanding and went into another room to watch Eastenders. 🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣

Just finished my own sprinter build this week. This channel (and Alex's) helped bump the inspiration to get the last bits finished. Next October, Arctic circle, can't wait.

Hey Adz. Came here to say you make a brilliant ready brek kid in the arctic. I have loved this series so pleased you got your drone back. I'm not gonna lie I am major jealous of your ability to travel anywhere in the pigeon. I think the BBC should employ you. I got quite emotional when you managed to get footage of the northern lights it is breathtaking. Need more adventures for me to binge watch over breakfast. ✌🏻👍🏻

Actually, moose are really rare that far up North. He has encountered some reindeer which are far more frequently to be seen.

Adz I’ve got to be honest I’m enjoying this Arctic trip more and more. Was in Lapland in December took my 6 year old to see Santa and the scenery was stunning. More of the same please! Can’t help feeling you could have had some fun if you’d taken an Arctic Roll (my favourite dessert) along for the journey and potential bantz factor😉. 9.6!

You need to try throwing hot water in the air at -25. It turns to steam/vaper instantly. Only works with hot water.
I used to leave carrots out for the reindeer each Christmas..
