All music suck by people who put their videos in RUclips. Don’t know why they put lousy music to ruin beautiful scenery. This would been better off using Wagner’s Tannhauser Overture.
Once, I went to Kalapathar (20 years ago). It was the best time of my life and I often think about it. The video, in general, is great. And the selection of the music is fantastic, it greatly enhanced the grandeur of the Himalayas most of the time, and corresponded with the visuals, rest of the time. Very beautiful images of an impressive and majestic mountain landscape on top of our world. Nice to see the arrival at Lukla airport from a heli view perspective. Thanks for sharing!
So much of the music today with videos is just terrible! This music was more majestic, like those incomparable mountains deserve! That may have been Everest at 1:46, but there's so many rugged, craggy mountains in the Himalayan and Karatoram Ranges, it's hard to tell. They are all so pointy, there must have been massive explosions to create them maybe a billion or three years ago when Earth was being formed. Awe inspiring to see them from the air, thank you! To sweep over the mountains and come upon that little green valley at 3:40 was beautiful. I see blue water at 4:11 so this flight must have been in late summer. Fascinating. Great photography on a beautiful day there!
Such sheer beauty! I cant imagine what earth looked like millions of years ago. Such insanely high mountains that perplex me and leave me wondering how these were created. And if there was ever anything substantially higher in the past. Nature is so beautiful yet so brutal.

In the late 70s an 11 year old girl mentioned she was with her family on a flight that flew over Everest . It affected her life greatly. How they flew directly towards Everest. in the late afternoon sunlight. 30 years later she decided to pay her money and take her chances starting in Nepal. She made summit but died on the way down. There are many tragic stories like that on Everest. What would her life had been like if she did not get mesmerized at age 11 ? Safer Yes. Better ? Probably not.
Reminds me of the British Alpine Climber who was a mother to a young son. She decided to climb K2. A wicked climb. She died in the high K2 cold altitudes. 20 or 25 years later her son tried to honor her memory. He was not on K2 but it was another dangerous mountain only about 100 miles away from K2. Her son also did not survive. I hope they are both having warm tea in heaven talking about their climbing adventures. Dont be mad at them. They both lived life to 103 %.
