You can do a low impact version, and modify quite a bit to make it doable. Even doing your own thing while it plays makes it more fun. 😊

I remember when i used to tape every episode, and i would make notes and ratings on the tapes as to which outfits they wore and how many closeups/crotch shots there were with a 1-5 rating. This blue outfit was one of Bess's skimpier ones, i think i rated it a 4/5 at the time lol

The first season seemed to be very sexy but this season of the 20 MW was more about the workout!

I like your observation, but , the first season had, some pretty intense workouts, being physically fit, truly fit, is a very sexy thing that transcends race& gender, & these three speak clearly to this, Bess & Arlaine the talented pro's & Sharon, gifted amateur! Definitely my three favorites

It also changed music composers as well, as well as the voice over. Peter Jermyn and Gilles Ouellet did the music for the 1984 season. Prior to that Shiva did the music and also was the same outfit for the Arobside shows.

I realized that the floor segment on this episode is way longer than the other episodes from this season. And some episodes are shorter as she spiced up the routines. This is an intense workout!!!

Yes! I'm guessing these music tracks from season 2 weren't as clear as the music from season 1. Also I think maybe Arlaine/Bess didn't have enough time to rehearse with these tracks, and that's why I think they extended their routines even when the workout information and advices were over. Season 1 music had saxophones and guitars, so you can tell what exercise comes next! XOXO

The toning segments varied so there were episodes for a beginner level and more advanced levels. Same with the speed of the music and choreography. 3 days per week we had the advanced versions, 2 days the beginner, here in Chicago.

Not sure what you mean? They were always 20 minutes and were quite successful for a couple of years.
