I wish people would give more appreciation to so many session musicians… lifetimes worth of skills in some of these musicians and they don’t get the appreciation like the big artists out there.

This was such a treat to watch. Phil Palmer really has a great relationship with his guitar. That's the way he seems to convey his experience with it. I really love his philosophy when it comes to playing. You did an outstanding job with your first interview... congrats! Yeah I do agree you need another camera. The front view was a bit fuzzy. All in all it was stunning based on the equipment that you have at your disposal. We just need to donate more money fo better equipment. Now I want to win his book more than ever on the roulette wheel 😊. Finally note you have what it takes to interview other artists. You allow them to do the talking which is the most important thing in my opinion. Keep on rocking Fil 🤘

Thank you Fil, for featuring Phil...The gift or the sacrament of music is to be shared. A language of love and talent married together. The experience of a minstrel anointing where improv and instinct are never discouraged. Every performance is an incense for the ears and never the same. Ah Stevie Ray Vaughn my love of Texas and the blues, So lovely was his greatness. Heard many describe Hendrix and his left handed guitar playing a monster when he did the feed back. This is so interesting as these masters taught other unselfishly or unwittingly their craft and secrets. My guitar playing and technique will never be there as those who I have experienced listening too that all that I can say is how deeply touched spiritually I am at their greatness.
What a great interview. I hope your wrist is getting better. Have you seen a hand specialist? What was the injury? Was it a fall? Did you also injure the shoulder? I became quite the specialist on upper extremity injuries since I had to completely change my treatment techniques and quit manipulating, but this opened up a whole new world for me to help people.

A very good friend of mine who plays guitar and has introduced me to so much music over the 20 years I've known him took me to see Mark Ribot ceramic dog about 15 years ago at the jazz cafe in Camden. I'd never seen it heard anything like it in my life, when you see a jazz drummer scratching symbols with his drumsticks it's a first. What gig blew you away please ?

I like the point of view of the musician who actually lived through an exciting or otherwise time in their career. Its amazing what they actually think when their up on stage. The second best thing next to watching a musician fully engaged body and soul while playing a gig is their talking about it in the same terms, body and soul. Phil's facial expressions throughout this interview, no matter if it was about his playing or another guitarist, was wonderful. Fil, you do the same when doing your videos so it makes it hard for me because I want to see the how fully engaged you are while listening to a performer. Great interview. Oh, there were times I paused the video when Phil talked about a certain performance. You both ROCKED! 🤘🏾
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this interview that you conducted with Phil Palmer, Fil. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and I felt like there was a connection there-perhaps that of a musical type. This was the first time I heard the term “noodle”-loved how Phil did that! Because I too am a musician, I was glad to hear his mention of the importance of instinct and spontaneity. Yes, I’m definitely interested in getting his book. During my musical upbringing in the 70’s and 80’s Phil did participate in a huge part. More than i may be aware of, but he’s always been there. The musicians musician. Ohh, and I must say, that this is one of the best interviews i’ve seen. You, Fil, gave Phil plenty of time. You didn’t interupt but gave him the time to speak and say what he wanted. Who’s next? Mark Knopfler or Brian May?

Peter tells a lot of things.You can find the book on Amazon. Peter’s book is fantastic even for someone like me. Who don’t know anything about the music business. Peter even has a community page on Facebook. That I’m where Peter tells us things. Like finding Peter’s favorite guitar the pheniz. Brilliant interview, the first of many I hope. A very good friend of mine who plays guitar and has introduced me to so much music over the 20 years I've known him took me to see Mark Ribot ceramic dog about 15 years ago at the jazz cafe in Camden. I'd never seen it heard anything like it in my life, when you see a jazz drummer scratching symbols with his drumsticks it's a first. What gig blew you away please ?

You're a professional interviewer, Fil. Really enjoyable because I like to hear those stories that aren't found online. I like the point of view of the musician who actually lived through an exciting or otherwise time in their career. Its amazing what they actually think when their up on stage. The second best thing next to watching a musician fully engaged body and soul while playing a gig is their talking about it in the same terms, body and soul. Phil's facial expressions throughout this interview, no matter if it was about his playing or another guitarist, was wonderful. Fil, you do the same when doing your videos so it makes it hard for me because I want to see the how fully engaged you are while listening to a performer. Great interview. Oh, there were times I paused the video when Phil talked about a certain performance. You both ROCKED! 🤘🏾

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this interview that you conducted with Phil Palmer, Fil. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and I felt like there was a connection there-perhaps that of a musical type. This was the first time I heard the term “noodle”-loved how Phil did that! Because I too am a musician, I was glad to hear his mention of the importance of instinct and spontaneity. Yes, I’m definitely interested in getting his book. Thanks for providing a wonderful interview with Phil Palmer-bravo, Fil!!
During my musical upbringing in the 70’s and 80’s Phil did participate in a huge part. More than i may be aware of, but he’s always been there. The musicians musician.
Ohh, and I must say, that this is one of the best interviews i’ve seen. You, Fil, gave Phil plenty of time. You didn’t interupt but gave him the time to speak and say what he wanted.

Peter tells a lot of things.You can find the book on Amazon. Peter’s book is fantastic even for someone like me. Who don’t know anything about the music business. Peter even has a community page on Facebook. That I’m where Peter tells us things. Like finding Peter’s favorite guitar the pheniz.
