hello, I don't have the knowledge to fix problems when they arise in the computer when driver updates or programs from windows or Microsoft fail or clash, this is the problem I have with Samsung galaxy s6 and windows 10 I have gone through the internet and seen others having the same prob. So I have downloaded various drivers including one from Microsoft update catalog and it goes to downloads and in it there is 10, (I don't know if they are folder because they have not folders) however when I try to put this destination into "select drivers" in device manager the message say "no pathway to destination" or in other driver downloads "no drivers" I assumed after watching one of your vids that it is because the destination is compressed but when I right click it turns in to 10 separate programs (for the lack of the correct word) and I don't know if I should extract them all, and it seems when I do it wants to place it in to folder already existent not even associated with this compressed file, and if I do how do I put all the uncompressed folders into device managers manual browsing window for select drivers? massive problem usually someone just makes a link to copy and past without this kind of mess, in device manager it is under unknown device. Problem is all over internet. can u please look into It? Thanks
