To quote you at 2:47, the 5.4L only saw life in the Mustang in special models that we're sold in limited numbers and usually supercharged like some of the Shelby GT500s in the 2000s and early 2010's, 90% of the Mustangs on the road from that time though are powered by a 3v version of 4.6L V8.
I second this comment . This guy would definitely feel the difference. With upgraded power steering wheel . And the 5.0 and could get this for bellow $15,000
Actually the last two years of the 5.4L 3v (2009/2010) we're fine. Ford fixed most of the 5.4L's issues by those model years and they are generally reliable as well as they responded nicely from a performance standpoint with the 6-Speed vs the 4-Speed used in previous years. But overall I do agree, the 5.0L that came in the 2011+ is a far superior engine in essentially every regard.
I just purchased 2010 Ford F150 yesterday that has 232,000 miles and it handles and drives like new
They are great trucks
How are they now
Great. I drove around in the snow in 2 wheel drive
I am thinking of buying one tomorrow can you give me some things i should look for when i buy that
@mm3oo3 look for a clean tailpipe. Look for clean engine.
5.4 is a good engine. 195k on mine. Never left me stranded. Good truck
Mine only failed me once when the radiator busted. Other than that, I don't want to get rid of it anytime soon. It's even a great family car.
Have a 2010 XL (most basic model). has 4x4 and 6.5 bed. It's never given me a problem.

Get the 2011 with the 5.0

The engine is the most important thing. Absolutely NO-GO for 5.4 sorry. All the rest are ok
