Idk, the Super Ability Hats are more extensions of the regular ones, they don’t change much from the regular sword to Ultra Sword. But maybe that could be a reason they did to decide to scrap it. They felt the design didn’t really fit and didn’t feel like it would change much of the Super Ability Gameplay
I like how the descriptions give some bits of personality to some of the Kirby enemies, like how Kracko is a troublemaker, Mr. Frosty likes to look innocent, Spear knight is bold, or that Biosparks are elites of ninja trickery.

The game is dumb but the costume fan-service is great. If we get another mainline 2D platformer in the vein of Triple Deluxe and Planet Robobot then a playable Meta Knight and King Dedede with these costume options is a MUST.

As far as I'm aware, Waddle Dee has no headwear by default.

For Waddle Dee, I saw Sailor Dee and no others. For Meta Knight, I saw Mecha Knight and Galacta Knight. For King Dedede, I only saw Masked Dedede.
