This was one of the greatest beginner tutorials I’ve seen! I was able to make my first beat ever using this video! Definitely gained a subscriber, thank you big dawg!!
You have to have the latest version of Logic Pro X... But in the workspace window, right click next to the track and select the "Create Pattern Region" option..
@@BeatMakingBasics Thank you so much. I didn't know they consolidated it to the same spot as the "MIDI Region" part of Logic Pro instead of the add-on selection part.

Yes just drag and drop other samples you have or use the free loops that come with logic (apple loops)
