Whatever happens in Gina Carano's lawsuit, Disney will have to take the 'L,' mainly due to all the dirty laundry that Disney will be airing during the Discovery phase of the trial. I believe that Disney will be reputationally damaged by this lawsuit. They will not be allowed to settle out of court. It's not about money, it's about vindication. Go, Gina!

I always liked Gina. All the way back to her American Gladiator days. She's beautiful, smart, and well-spoken. Plus, she kicks ass when she's in action movies. :D I'd love to meet her. She seems so genuine and kind. I hope she gets everything she asks for AND more.

Maybe Musk's secret condition to help her with this is that she will not accept any out of court settlement, instead she must take this all the way down. Honestly, it would be no surprise to me if this was no condition on Musk's part, but Carrano's honest wish no matter what.

I hate Disnay for what they are doing to many IP, but this actress had a contract with Disney, with all those clauses that allowe them to fire her. She posted on social media what she wanted and had the right to do and if the posts breached one those clauses in her agreement, she was fired. It's called personal responsibility.
If her contract had no such clauses, then she deserves to win her new law battle.
That’s brave of her to fight back but anyone that tried suing Disney in the past failed including the governor of Florida regardless of how rich you are. Disney has been hit left and right with lawsuits throughout their lifetime but at the end, they ended up winning.
