My only brother was my stem cell donor. Its a miracle in itself that she had a sibling that was a match. And its pretty uncommon for a younger sibling to match as a donor for their older sibling. Such a great story. RIP Katie ❤

One of my friends got leukemia when they were a baby and had if for years. Up until she was 3 she had it. She made a super long string with tons of beads to mark her birthdays, holidays, and times she figured out good news. I am so proud of her even though we don’t hang out that much. I remember having to get one of those scans when I fell out a second-floor window over our driveway when i was 5. I hadn't broken any bones but had a minor concussion (landed on my back). When we went in to see the results, I asked to see the pictures of my brain but they didn't let me see :( lol
@@hix9153 oh good luck with that! :) yeh I'm fine-- its been over 10 yrs since. I didn't have any major injuries, but my parents like to joke that my concussion is the reason I'm bad at remembering things nowadays (may or may not be true who knows)
